Thank you for your kind and friendly assistance yesterday. Each staff member made me and my children feel welcome and heard. They couldn’t be more helpful. We needed to make an exchange, and the process was smooth and quick. They got along well with one another too, which makes me think they’re being treated well. Happy and efficient staff makes a huge difference to my decision about whether to enter a store. I predict I’ll be doing some Christmas shopping here because of our experience. Well done to everyone, and keep it up.

I unfortunately had to return my online order. The return was a bit complicated because of the price difference. It took a lil bit to fix the issue however the staff are very nice, friendly and very patient. I really appreciate it. You hardly get that these days. I hope everyone is like that. Thank you so much Chantelle, you were very patient and kind. All the best to you. Also thanks Daniel and your manager Sarah for the help.

Got what we wanted but we DID NOT benefit from the big sale they are advertising of upto 70% off! Especially when it's EOFY.
We received good customer service.

Went in to try on shoes the week before Christmas. Selected the pair I wanted, got it boxed up and paid for only to get home and realise the box they provided didn’t contain the shoes I selected. Tried to phone store only to get a direct to voicemail message. DO NOT shop at this store, the incompetence is astounding and completely ruined my Christmas plans as I now have to make a 3 hour round trip to fix the problem they created

Had the pleasure to be served today by the friendly and professional staff at the Karrinyup Footlocker outlet.

My son had wanted to purchase a pair of shoes but the right size was not available. Isiah was able to provide us assistance and ordered the right size online. Payment was made in the store. The condition of the purchase allows for free cancellation.

After departure, we realised that we would have purchased the shoes from another store nearby. But because of the professionalism and great customers experience we have had, we decided not to cancel the order.

Thank you, to all the staff, for all your professionalism. Your inviting customers service skills make every visit to the store memorable.

These guys are awesome never had a problem here (unlike Nike karrinyup and JD) they are always friendly and helpful true g wallahs they are super patient and chilled out

The only scans we have received on this item are electronic manifest and aggregate scans, this means we have not had a physical scan of the item or footlocker staff are dodge.

Shoes lost in transit or just taxed from the shop before ever leaving? Auspost sent me the following message. - we have continued to monitor your item within our delivery network and there have been no further updates from any of our facilities, (the only scans we have received on this item are electronic manifest and aggregate scans, this means we have not had a physical scan of the item). I have also conducted a search of our Returned Mail Redistribution Centre, which is where undeliverable items and loose contents are stored, and was unable to locate it. This means that we now consider your item to be lost in transit.
