I bought a brownish dunk sneaker at the Perth City store today, and Patrick was absolutely amazing! He assisted me in choosing the most suitable shoes with great enthusiasm and passion. His expertise made the entire experience enjoyable and satisfying. I truly appreciate his assistance and love the overall shopping experience today!

The staff at this store are AWESOME. We can't thank enough Jordan, Ayla and Keisha for their wonderful customer service. Their professionalism was much appreciated. We will certainly return back here! Thanks guys.

Do Not bother calling, no one picks up the phone go somewhere else for your shoes, just go order online and save yourself the trouble.

The young ladies working in this store need a serious lesson in customer service. They are more interested in talking amongst themselves than actually helping customers. I know they are young, maybe they need a senior supervisor to keep them in check, unless the management are more interested in saving wages than making sales.

I don’t know why ANY of the stores in Perth have a phone number listed when they don’t answer! I had been trying at different times over 2 days and no answer.
I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking, ordered a pair of sir max 90s from perth (im in geraldton) was meant to be here on monday last week and got delayed a week:/

Super frustrated.very poor customer service. They ordered a wrong shoes and we received after 3 weeks. Supervisors are not professional at all. Make sure to review your invoice before you leave and check the shoes bag. NOT RECOMMENDED STORE.

I went to this store and asked for a specific size yet a lady tells them to send down a different size, they were also a bit rude and I had to walk up to someone for help. Won't be going back to this store. Not the best customer service.

Poor customer service. Staff will ignore you or stay behind the counter to chat to their friends.

Staff were super friendly. Really helpful & gave great advice. We didn't end up buying shoes, due to no stock of right size, but the staff didn't hesitate to check for us. Perfect customer service.

Doesn't even deserve a star. WORST FOOTLOCKER EVER! Absolutely disgusted. I wanted to return a clearly broken jumper and they refused to return it, nor exchange it. They nice boy on the counter offered to refund it before his manger rudely refused when he clearly had no idea what the issue even is. Okay footlocker, keep you $150. An employee at another footlocker said that they should return it to me as it is clearly broken and now they refuse.keep your employees on the same page with everything! Also refused to give me refund as I didn't have the receipt that they were going to email me.they never emailed me a receipt so therefor spent $150 on absolutely nothing. Thanks. If u ever just want an easy experience never step foot near this store.

Recently Perth city store is the best store. Always happy purchasing there. Staffs have exceptional customer service. Especially there is a sale assistant name Darren K who is the best! Very enthusiastic and very helpful! Thank you Darren.

Just want to say a MASSIVE thankyou to the floor crew. After going to 10 different shops foot locker came through. A special thanks to the shoe man, up the back with all the goods (with dredds). Thankyou for your cool, chilled and yet warm responce to my kid telling you I kinka bribe him into getting straight A s with new sneakers.

Amazing store, always greeted when walking in but not pestered with pointless small talk to entice me to buy if I don't want to! Actually met the love of my life and mother to my children in this store! Great service and when you aproche them with a problem they are happy to try to help!

The last 3 x I been in there not 1 person approached to even see if I was after anything. Last time I was there, there were 3 customers in the store (including myself and a friend) and not one person there asked if I needed anything, one guy just had his head down looking at his phone.

Footlocker in Murray street has a great atmosphere the staff are very welcoming and they have a variety of sneakers from basketball, running and everyday use. I’d recommend anyone shopping to see Josh in the house of hoops section as he is very friendly and offers great customer service

Footlocker Murray st is by far the best footlocker in WA, the service I get everytime I shop there is amazing and always have great conversations with the staff. They remembered who I was from the last time I went in and they asked about a uni exam that I had to do the day after my first shop there. I really appreciate and respect the fact that they remember people they serve and they put the effort in to make conversation. They all clearly enjoy their jobs and it shows with how great the store looks and how happy all the customers are that shop there. Would recommend shopping there!

Honestly selection is iffy, and though they have great aim for customer service I find the employee would prefer to talk to each other then serve customers. I’ve been there twice and wandered around looking for a shoe and then was difficult to get the attention of the employees to ask for help.

Unfortunately only 3 stars because footlocker have failed to have a decent selection of size 14 mens shoes and wouldn't accept certain footlocker vouchers for online purchases.
