I had the pleasure of being assisted by Desy at Mandurah Footlocker, and I must say it was a lovely experience. Her product knowledge, friendly demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm made my shopping trip a delight. Desy went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of sneakers. Kudos to Foot Locker for having such exceptional employees like Desy. I’ll definitely be back for my next pair!

Absolutely amazing service! My son was telling his dad afterwards how nice the guy was that sold him his shoes! Friendly and efficient and overall great experience.
Absolutely amazing service by Aleeya and the two other lady's working. I'm not one to go into footlocker but they made me feel so comfortable and helped me fufill my needs for some new shoes. We went through many styles and sizes which took a little while but the sales assistant didn't care and took the time to explain and help me out. Massive thank you Aleeya and I will definitely come back if I need anything else.
Served my two females. Both were great. Both had great customer service. I didn't catch the first girls name but Aleeya also had exceptional customer service skills. She picked up straight away that my 13year old daughter was the customer and focused her attention on her. Even established a good repore.
You have to get in quick it seems at this store. 10&half and 11 fly out.
I seem to find some bargains there but. Most of the staff are nice.
Yeah, was good, served by Kris if I recall correctly. His honesty and opinions helped make my decision and I didn't feel he was pushing the sale and gave me options without a heavy up selling.
Always happy with the customer service from these guys. My 16 year old son goes in here to get shoes on his own and they go over and above to make sure the shoes fit.
