Great service and surprisingly good selection and stock! Jasmine was super helpful and would definitely recommend.

No customer service skills, no greeting when I walked in the door and no one asked if I needed help I had to walk to the counter that had 4-5 staff members standing behind it not happy with this at all

The new store manager Ro at Rockingham Foot Lockers gave me possibly the worst customer experience I have ever incounted.
Instead of utilising the opportunity to do good and what's right by the customer, You choose to set a low bar in front of all your customers and staff and brought Shame to the brand.
I hope your zone managers get to read this.
I am getting the ACCC involved.
Learn how to give Australian service or consider new line of employment as you don't belong in this industry. Your egotistical stance pushed your calm and fair customer to nearly breaking point. And have now caused unnecessary inconvenience.

I love coming into this store. Even when I'm not interested in purchasing anything what so ever footlocker to me is a shoe library therefore I will always love looking at shoes. I'm always greeted when I come in and this to me is vital. You either love being at work or you don't and this attitude in the staff is shown when a customer, regular or new walk in. Now the mistake that loses 2 stars, is when I asked a staff member today for a sleeveless hoodie. It wasn't that he wasn't helpful but when he mentioned "are you looking for more active Ware products" and then his solution was to send me to rebelsport, which is fine if I was desperate and needed one today, but these questions were not asked and therefore a lack of customer interest loses 2 stars especially what if there was another alternative to purchasing a hoodie and not a sleeveless hoodie. But also to the mistake he made was saying about active Ware - I'm pretty sure basket ball and running are active sports therefore although the clothing you sell is quite nice looking and stylish the clothing and material used is still presented to the active people that like to sweat in them and use them as such. Other than that footlocker has never disappointed me till today.

The store manager was friendly and helped with my refund. I was a little disappointed at the lack of shoes on offer though.

Im a adult size 8 they didn't have the size ij needed the guy at the store tried to sell me kids shoes they don't care about the right fit just sell shoes and tell you what you want to hear

Poor Service! Sat waiting 10mins for service didn’t even get acknowledgement. Two sales assistants and only one other customer being rung up. Two other groups walk in to the store after us and were approached and serviced before us. Couldn’t believe it! All we wanted was to grab the right sizes as we knew what we wanted and leave. Shopping at JD from now on.

Absolutely terrible selection of shoes for basketball in the store. Nothing relevant or outstanding. Would recommend going the carriers store.

I saw a nice friendly person looking for shoes, sadly he came out a queer as i saw him checking out the tns, please fix your shoes.

Big shutout to Footlocker in Rockingham for your wonderful service, and for offering a refund when my shoes didn't fit on taking them home (I chose to exchange for a different pair because service was so good). Very professional, helpful service. Other shoe stores can learn from you!
