Foot Locker

Store is small and multiple staff that didn't seem willing to help until they realised we wanted to buy. The one staff member who did help was super lovely and kind. The prices have really gone up, and lack of stock and sizing doesn't help with choices. We did buy and were happy with purchase. Won't be hurriedly returning.

I always love walking into a shop and finding workers that love doing what there doing and helping out customers when I walked into the shop I've never met such a happy group of people I really love the workers and that makes me really love foot locker and i always will shop for shoes there

If your looking for fresh new gear, and want to look like a pro, footlocker is the place to go.there items are good quality. It the only place I go to buy basketball sneakers other than hoops heaven

Lilly Jerome this happened to us just last week the exact same situation asked for a certain size and got home and been given the wrong size! It was also the female staff member that created an argument about the whole situation and that we should have checked the box before we left the store and it was our own faults according to her! And it was t h e manager who gave us the wrong shoe size

Not bad but I feel they could improve with the variety of kids basketball shoes sizes 4 - 7. Used to be plenty to choose from but seems to have been reduced.

Return policy is a joke. Very unpleasant. I strongly suggest shopping elsewhere. Currently in process dealing with fair trading for a refund I should've obtain quickly.

Cheeky, if you're going to point out that another foot locker store made a mistake, then make the customer an offer don't just leave us standing there gaping and furious. I would have expected more from you

One particular staff member was very helpful in picking the right size for my nephew. It got busy in the shop but the guy whom served me had great customer service and positive attitude towards his job. Awesome first visit.

Don’t even bother. Ignored by staff and a terrible women’s range. This was the second time I was in the store first time the start of the year and recently. First time I was there to buy shoes the salesman ignored me and only spoke to my husband so I walked out. Guess I’m a ghost.

Thanks to the young aboriginal dude who served my wife last Sunday.so patient and such a pleasure to be served by.
He stood by and bought whatever shoes were requested (I actually felt sorry for him) and was so personable.
Wish I could remember his name because dealing with my wife can be a challenge at times.this dude nailed it.well done dude.you are truly a legend.
