Foot Locker

I try calling this store for 2 days. I still haven’t had anybody answer. Who owns this business needs to pull their head in.

Sorry this is a week late! Massive thank you to the 2 girls & 2 guys who were on shift last Sunday and helped protect my son and his two mates from an older gang who were following them around the centre, the girls clocked what was happening and made them wait safely out the back until I came to collect them… the two older lads then walked us all to our car as the gang were still hanging around.thank you so much

Kids drinking alcohol in the store at 6pm Thursday 5/5/22. No staff said anything to the kids. We felt very uncomfortable as a young family looking to buy some Nike Tns. Absolutely disgusting

There seems to be a massive push from head office or upper management considering the 6/7 staff in the store all kept coming up to us asking us if we needed help.
There should be communication between staff members, there were only 3-4 groups of customers in the store. We didn’t even pick anything up and kept getting repeatedly asked. Felt like we were being pushed into buying something so just walked out.

I was attended by Genenia at this store yesterday. I must say how professional, helpful and pleasant my experience was. Thank you for your great service.

We purchased a pair of Nike Air Force ladies sneakers, we asked for a 10 but were told to take a 9 as they run big. They didn't fit so we returned them. The store didn't have a 10 avail so they said they would call us when they came in - they never called. Then we went back to the store & the said they would order the size 10 & deliver to our house. They never arrived & we didn't receive any communication from the store. 2 week+ later we returned into the store yet again & they had no idea where the shoes were or what was happening - we asked for a refund as this was after 3 trips to the store - 3 too many! They gave a refund but the whole process was awful customer service & we left with no shoes & a desire to never shop at Foot Locker again

While looking to purchase red Chicago Bulls Brands I brought a pair of red Nike's. It was a hard decision between the Phantom or Nike's. The venue was spacious well merchandised and neatly organised. The retail staff were on hand to assist immediately something I like when I want more information about quality. I give it a 4star rating for well organised venue.

Had some issues with a pair of shoes the manager Danny was fantastic and understood and helped us with the situation in a great timely manner

The older lady that served me today with curly blonde hair, was so helpful! I hate buying new shoes as my feet are wide and I have limited options. Nothing was too much trouble, didnt feel rushed and got excellent service! Thank you!

I was very impressed by the service I got from a young girl what a champ.i will go there again.

We normally always buy shoes from here normally everyone is really helpful but today’s experience with a girl with long blonde hair was completely No helpful at all and she didn’t want to do her job that she came across arrogant. We asked her 4 times to measure my sons feet she kept asking what size he was I said he is diff size depending on the shoe, and current fly doesn’t for his shoes can you be helpful and measure them after the 4 attempt of asking she rolled her eyes and did it it was so infuriating for us we walked out because she was so rude and annoying we spent our money at JDs

Nice store, helpful staff, decent selection of shoes. A little flashy most shoes and more for kids and younger adults.

I was tasked with buying my husband some new basketball shoes, the guys here where very helpful and I'm told the shoes are great!

I see a mish mash of reviews but mine was a positive visit. Managed to snap a pair of Joyrides for an ok price. Service was fine on my end. The guys had both my preferred shoes in the size I needed. Decent variety of Nike kicks in stock.good vibe too.thanks guys

Good sized store with a good range of sneakers. Fantastic staff make this place a joy to visit.

Staff obviously never heard the words customer service. Just chatted amongst themselves while I stared at shoes for 15 minutes.

Business's wonder why retail is dying. Ill be buying online.

Very unhelpful, really did not show any interest in helping find shoes for my son, prices are way over the top. Go to DFO, much better service and pricing for same product.

The staff was really chill and suggestive and helping me choose what would go with what, overall extremely satisfyed

Came in the store today around lunch time and was greeted by a young lady named Kristal *hope i spelt it correct* she went above and beyond with her customer service.
Spent about an hour with her going through products, test fittings, foot measurement, different styles and purposes. Very knowledgeable individual shes a great asset to the company. I didnt feel like i was an inconvenience to her tried on many shoes as i have a wide foot and some styles are too narrow.
I ended up leaving the store with 2 pairs of Air jordans and 5 pairs of socks. Customer service goes a long way and i felt like a valued customer there. 100% Will return as a customer.
