Dr Kevin Ho was very pleasant and friendly and very professional. I felt confident in his assessment and ultrasound gave a diagnosis on the spot.

All the staff are so lovely! They have gone above & beyond with the care of my daughter (who had quite a traumatic toe injury) & myself. Being from regional WA this has meant the world to us.

I had a small issue with the toe-nail on my right foot. Ye Shen took care of the problem and I left, pain free. Can highly recommend FALL in Booragoon.

I’ve have been going to the FALL clinic in Booragoon for nearly 20 years now and I’ve had many procedures over this time all of which I’ve been extremely pleased with the outcome. The amazing personalised treatment given to me by Dr Lee Gray and her wonderful team including my regular podiatry treatments with Kate have kept me returning over this time. I highly recommend all the treatments that FALL have to offer to keep you totally on your feet! They have certainly kept me on mine!

Harriet is a GOD SEND
I was calling around to different Podiatrists as it would be my first time going to one. I was a bit unsure of what to expect as I was in a lot of pain and needed help ASAP. My usual doctor was being difficult with my situation (he just tried pumping me with antibiotics.but Harriet (my now podiatrist) said that would not have solved the problem.oops!)

First, the receptionist (I am so sorry I can’t remember her name) was LOVELY? She explained the entire process to me, and went above & beyond to answer my questions (even the silly ones). At that point - I knew I would not need to go anywhere else. I booked on the spot.

Then. Harriet, she is probably my favourite person in the world ️. If you need a podiatrist, go see these guys. Harriet & I had a good laugh, she made me feel so comfortable. I hate needles, but Harriet made it as nice as she could for me (and dealt with me being a bit dramatic). Just absolutely beautiful.might injure my feet just to see her. (that’s a joke, just in case) but she saw that I was in pain and did everything she could to help me. Harriet explained everything to me in a lot of detail, including post-care and what we needed to do next.

I reckon any other place would have sent me away & make me book the surgery later, but Harriet saw I was in pain and helped me on the spot.

I would never go anywhere else. Thank you, Harriet. You’re a life saver. I am now pain-free, & I owe that all to you ️

My experience: I was very fortunate to have Dr Assia Abibsi as my podiatrist. She is incredibly warm, knowledgeable and skilled which gave me full confidence during my initial appointment and subsequent surgery operation. Being able to trust your doctor wholeheartedly is a major reassurance, especially for first time patients like me. Highly recommended to see her!
