Honestly incredibly dissapointing. I've been using Bunbury foodbank for years. Bunbury is a 1/4 of the size with 3 times as many items available and a lot more variety. I was shocked to see scaffolding to the ceiling loaded with pallets full with everyday items that were not available on the warehouse floor. I almost cried seeing that. No Gluten Free Bread, Cereals, pastas or crackers, the only fruit were rotting mandarins and all tea, coffee, sugars come in bags with biscuits that my family is allergic to so basically I am forced to do a big shop anyway. I had no idea it would be so hard. What are people with allergies suposed to do? Starve? $1 off chicken with a day till it's off? I can't pay my bills because $300 a week on food barely feeds me and my kids.

I'm so grateful for this business). As we all know, the cost of living is sky rocketing, n living on a disability pension, is very challenging financially. Food bank has a great variety of food, at such wonderful prices. I made this wonderful salad, from almost all of the ingredients I bought yesterday at the Foodbank). Thank you so much. Have helped me alot over the past few months. I didn't fine the airport location have alot to choose from but still got some essential cupboard items

I like that the stuff here wasn't a hand out. Most things were still in date and my family really needed a place like this during a really hard time these last few weeks.

Food bank is great but people exploiting it to take huge amounts for themselves and not leave anything for others is not acceptable. I saw 2 ladies obviously from the same family fill up their trolleys and get 6 ice cream packets each and cleaned it out so no body else could have any. This is disgusting.

Wonderful place and amazing staff helping people doing it tough! One complaint; I asked a volunteer where to leave feedback about the gluten-free items being wrapped into bundles with gluten-containing items for a higher cost. I was directed to another person who was immediately dismissive, saying "it's too hard to cater to everyone". I told the first person I was coeliac, though she introduced me to the second as "this one eats gluten-free". Didn't bother further because I could see and hear quite clearly that they were not interested. That being said, this was a rarity and the usual attitude I experience there is very kind and supportive.

Turn up to donate food @ Perth airport head office at 4: 30pm for first time, gates were open. Staff was rude and yelling, turned me away because they were closed. Clearly if they can turn away donors when they spend money and take time to help someone, what they will be doing with help seekers, they can simply take the bag of goodies and kept it aside for sorting it out later, even there were no goodies that need refrigeration or special care. Very disappointing.

Been shopping at foodbank for most of this year, and I'm very happy and appreciative of the service you offer. Just one tiny complaint, I don't like everything being in bundles, I'm not a tea drinker, but to purchase coffee I had to buy a bundle containing T bags. Also the meat packs have changed recently from all different kinds of meat to hamper packs containing several packets of vegetables as well, which I didn't want. So I'm either giving away unwanted food or tossing it out, terrible waste, and wasting money!

I absolutely enjoy my trip out to the airport food bank all of the staff are very friendly and welcoming and always have a smile on their face and are willing to help if you need it such a positive experience every time

AMAZING. The staff there are absolutely wonderful. Most are volunteers and they work their butt off. They go above and beyond what is expected of them which is a lot. I was there helping a friend. They deserve medals and a paid vacation. Thankyou

Great people and a fantastic mission. Volunteered in the kitchen for a day, highly recommend it to help and get an understanding for the good foodbank do.

Didn't know anything about Food Bank until recently. Staff were very informative and accomodating! Had an absolute blast making cost efficient and healthy option dishes during a Food bank course. I am impressed with the vision to reduce landfill and allowing people to purchase food for discounted prices. Definitely taking some of the recipes and using them for my kids at home!

Great place to go for pple that are living on government payments food bank can help out soo very much

Was so disappointed with this service. The hamper I purchased contained mostly food that was out of date.some.by 6 months. The few items that weren't had damaged and or opened packaging. I could have used the money and brought the same amount of food at the supermarket. It really upset me.
** In response to your response. I rang the day I purchased my pack's to deal with the issue. I Was told I would receive a call back. Its now been six weeks and still no phone call

Yes it can be busy and customers often are pushing or rude but the staff are amazing and helpful and so patient food bank have been so helpful with helping my family
