F&M Hair Salon

Both husband and wifa are very rude, shameful attitude. Over charged for a very basic trim of girls hair that took no more than 5min and then ended up uneven.

Your response just proves your rudeness and shameful attitude. This is not how businesses are run in Australia, SHAME!

Turned up here recently on a Saturday at 12: 30, half an hour before close - there was one person having a haircut and one other guy sitting waiting, and he says sorry, we're closing. This might be understandable if he actually gave thorough haircuts, but the haircuts I've had here have quite literally been 2 minute chopping block jobs. I had been happy enough to overlook this given the cheap cut price, but won't be back now, what lousy service.

No respect for seniors, went with mom and saloon was almost empty. The guy told her you can't sit in the wait area but did apologise. In my eyes, they could let people sit and just say if a customer comes you will have to offer the seat. Mom.was also keen to have a cut there but after this behaviour she decided to leave straight away

Their price and hair cut service is not bad but based on other negative reviews, I can clearly see they need to improve customer service, bit more flexible and consider special needs in particular seniors and regular client.

Not sure if I will go back

They are doing great job by providing service for only $10 but they are rude. May be good service doesnt come cheap. But if you can ignore the behavior and want to save some bucks, go on it cheap.

10 out of 10 for a great hair colour and cut. I can honestly say I have never had a bad hairdo in all the years I have been going to these two professionals.

$10 trim for men. What's not to love? I make the extra effort to travel here for the great value cuts.

Worst customer service ever received. Rude towards customer. Very very bad servive for hair cut business. Now I wonder why they are charging $10. So you can tolarate worst service.

Price is not only the cheapest for male cuts you will find anywhere but the attention to detail and and skill of the barber is terrific. In my experience it's rare to find a stylist who can both listen carefully and achieve what the customer wants. Thankyou

This is the first time I tired the place. The lady was rushing so much that I realized after haircut my right and left hand side were not consistant. So, i had to go to another place for another haircut. She used machine at the back in rush and made a bruise on the skin. This a bit too much! I also did not see that they are disinfecting the tools betweenn customers. The worst haircut experience in Perth!

Fantastic service. Great value, delivered exactly what I asked for. Would recommend to try for your professional hair salon needs if you haven't considered before. Very happy with the outcome. I had an appointment elsewhere and decided to leave when I was informed they had changed the product for colour and price was also going to alter.
Was able to walk straight in after requesting if I could pop in for a quote. A very happy customer.
