FLUX reviews
15Great place to work. The staff are very helpful and go above and beyond to ensure you are accommodated.
Great space with friendly staff. Would recommend taking a look if you are searching for a coworking space.
I went to an evening presentation on the lower ground floor with about 90 people attending. There were plastic chairs, which uncomfortable for anything longer than 15 min talk. Not ideal using a projector with large groups. Other than that it seems acceptable space with a industrial like feel with exposed pipes on ceiling.
A friendly and productive community/co-working space. After trying multiple alternatives first, our small business chose FLUX because the space enables productivity when you’re at your desk, but provides a friendly, supportive community when you need it. Great when you’re a small team (or flying solo) but want that same warmth and banter you get from a friendly office.
Summary: Friendly, clean and great space
Details: Hired an internal office - was clean and had plenty of lights and powerpoints
Location: Next to the Hilton Hotel in the heart of the Perth CBD and very close to public transport and all the hip cafes.
Price: Comparable to other co-working spaces, however, base on location and quality of fittings I would have this ahead in terms of value.
Service: I required an internal office quite urgently and sent an inquiry the day before and within an hour got a response and had locked in an internal private office for the next day. The community manager, Chris, was attentive, helpful and accommodating.
Fantastic shared workspace for all those professionals that need a place to sit and work in the city or to collaborate with others
I think this is a place people usually rent to conduct events or activities. This is like at the underneath of a building but really comfortable and not too big.
Great space, great staff, super-fast internet and awesome functions, but need to ensure Coke No Sugar is on hand for the health-conscious attendees like me.
It's open for mutual collaboration and one doesn't feel abandoned when you have a problem. Willing people to help you and don't sweat the small stuff.
I was at FLUX on the 22/03/18 for an opening night, venue tour & Q&A. I found free roadside parking easily and near the venue. It was just a bit after 6pm and that when the parking was allowed. I did see a lot of undercover parking lots near if that’s what you prefer. I thought it was a great location and not far front the train station either. Inside FLUX had a modern look. The layout seemed great with a spacious communal kitchen big enough to hold a group of people. I’ve posted a pic of the room they chose to do there Q&A. The tables had had 2 portals for an adaptor & usb which I thought was very useful
I hired the space at FLUX out for a corporate event. The space itself is urban and trendy and in a great location. However, I would not recommend Flux for events- poor management and lack of communication by the events coordinator. It took over a month to receive confirmation of the venue having had to follow up on this several times.
Was told we had to take them up on their catering- 4 cheese platters costing $400 dollars that was enough to feed a maximum of $20 people with standard cheese that could have been bought at coles for a total price of $50. We were sold this as a long “grazing table”. We ended up having to go to the shops and buy additional food for the event at an extra cost at the last minute.
Extremely disappointing experience and feel this space has so much more potential that is not being utilised due to poor management.
Great space and phenomenal minds around for collaboration, plus saves having to get an office manager and deal with realestate agents.
Great place for co-working, hosts regular hack-a-thons. Good Wi-Fi, great audio, can get very noisy downstairs.
Great spot, very modern and stylish. Not sure about coworking facilities, but I attended a workshop here and the facilities were excellent. Please get better coffee though, the cheap one is disappointing.
