I came up with a budget and the colours for the bouquet when I came to the shop. I got a great support from the staff and I love it very much

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I came in late morning after the day's deliveries had been scheduled. However, due to special circumstances, Megan kindly assisted me and arranged everything. Flowers delivered were very beautiful. Cannot thank Floret Boutique enough who made my Sister-In-Law's day very special. Wonderful service from beginning to end.

I bought the most beautiful bunch of flowers for my great aunt who I haven’t seen since pre-covid. They were perfect.

These guys are truly amazing! They always make the most beautiful bouquets, and always happy to accommodate. They are out local but I would happily walk across the city for their services <3 Today is out last day in the office and they gave us such a warm send off we felt very special. Thank guys you made our day!

I am using my husbands account to post this review. We had to organise a wedding in 2 weeks due to my mum being sick and everyone I spoke to was so helpful. Due to it being last minute I didn't have high expectations but they were absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect and the owner even came over on a Sunday to set them up for me. I can't recommend them enough. Sheena.

I just wanted to say thank you for the BEAUTIFUL flowers delivered to my mum on Mothers Day! I just happened to be on the phone with her when they arrived, the courier was really lovely as well. The flowers were absolutely stunning and mum really felt so special, you did such an amazing job. Thank you again x

I have used these guys on multiple occasions. They have always met delivery expectations, the flowers have always been so fresh and lasted really well. The service and speed of business is unmatched, and I will continue to keep coming back ️ 5 stars is not enough

One of the staff is very rude.
She judges customer by the looks and what they have. She will offer very expensive flowers instead of offering what's best for the customer.
She changes behavior depending on how rich you are. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Visited this afternoon after calling other florists and been told that I needed to pre-order. Having worked all day I was concerned that I wouldn’t have suitable bunch of flowers for Valentines but the girls while busy (been Valentines Day) took the time to help and make up a bunch which my wife loved. The shop itself is tucked away in Brookfield Plaza and is a hidden gem selling all things flowery and smelly. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this florist. The customer service at Floret is outstanding. I'm overseas and ordered flowers online for my daughter's birthday. Unfortunately she wasn't home when they were delivered, but Floret went out of their way to make sure she received them on her birthday. My daughter said the flowers were beautiful. Special thanks to Maddy for making it all happen and contacting me so promptly.

Went here to get some last minute baby baloons and the lady was really helpful quickly sorted out no fuss attitude and even added it a weight at no charge when other stores were asking for silly prices. Appreciate the help.

Sent a client there as it seems it’s the only florist with a real physical store and thankfully they were looked after beautifully.

Paid $90 dollars for these. Had them delivered to my partners work. Partner said thanks, but they look “old/dying”These are 7 days old now and basically dead. Would never buy from these people again.

I love this little gem. The girls are friendly and know their stuff. Always very helpful even when inconvenient.   I had a last minute problem with my order and they quickly fixed it for me without a fuss. I'm so happy to have found this place!

My husband spent his hard earned $ to send me flowers for my Birthday and they send me the worst roses you can think! Roses are wilted and obviously its not fresh. Tryed to contact them to resolve the problem but not luck! Don't use this company.

The flowers they create are always so beautiful! The girls who work here are so talented and super friendly!
