Katie the vet was so lovely with our German Shepherd, established great rapport through pats and duck treats! Zeus was more calm than normal when visiting the vet. Katie is extremely knowledgeable and provided great dog/patient centred care!:) :) :)

Good vet. The puppy package they offer here is great value if you get a new fur baby. Plenty of parking and easy to find location. They run puppy classes out of this place

This is my regular vet. They are great. Very caring and professional. My cat had been badly beaten up. They assisted greatly and referred me on immediately to specialist. Very happy!

Massive thanks to Dr John Pascall and his team for running such an excellent clinic and providing very compassionate care for our family dog as we managed end of life options. Exceptional professionalism and kindness. Super grateful for all their work.

Our little puppy had a bit of a rough start to life, luckily for us the team at The Floreat Vet were amazing. We have met most of the vet's who work their now and the vet nurses and all have been amazing! They are so caring, helpful and skilled, could not recommend them highly enough. Also the puppy package is great value too!

We tried some other vets but found Floreat Vets to be the best! All staff are caring, intelligent and helpful. We feel confident to know they understand and can handle our GSP. Even more than tha, they really care for and take time to connect with him. Super helpful. A quality practise.highly recommended

Had our first visit to The Floreat Vet just over a week ago. Incredibly professional and super clean environment. So impressed with the service from Hayley on reception and John the Vet who gave our goldie a thorough examination and at no time tried to upsell services. Highly recommend and will be returning.thankyou

Dr John Pascall and the team at The Floreat Vet are absolutely brilliant.

Dr Pascall is caring, friendly and professional. He takes his time to explain the issues at consultations, and offers options and/or recommendations for our dogs. He also telephones to check up on our dogs, and treats our dogs like his own.

The consultations are not rushed like other vet clinics.

There have been times when we needed to get our dog in urgently for a consultation, and the team have graciously obliged. Dr Pascall's assessments of our dogs have always been on the mark.

Our dogs are our family members, and we are so fortunate to have a vet clinic that cares for our dogs.

Very expensive compared to other groomers. Full groom was $160 compared to elsewhere $110 - $130. The prices are also inconsistent (a friend got their dog groomed for around $120 and their dog is bigger and the same breed, same coat condition, same service). I also got an email requesting full payment a few weeks after the groom, which I paid for on the day. I replied saying the same, to which they didn’t reply.

Today, I took my dog to another groomers for a full groom. On handover, she was very stressed (which hasn’t happened before). The groomer also reported that she was very stressed throughout the groom and will need desensitisation. She had been to puppy grooming sessions to do this previously (she is now 2). This has also not been a problem in the past, only since her groom at the Floreat Vet. Upon collecting her from the Floreat Vet I did notice a graze on her belly from the razor and that a couple of nails had been cut too short and bled. As they didn’t communicate anything to me about this, I brushed it off as an accident.

It appears from her groom today, that she has had a bad experience at the Floreat Vet, which has now caused her to be fearful and anxious in grooming environments and when being groomed.

We have had our Groodle, Boomer groomed by Mia at The Floreat Vet. Mia is amazing and is so patient and kind to Boomer every visit. Boomer loves his trips to see Mia and always comes home looking amazing!
The Floreat Vet is lucky to have such a great groomer on staff!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Dr John Pascall and his dedicated team, our dog Maia presented with an interesting problem being a small Maltese Jack Russell X and one huge bladder stone. Maia was operated on last week and has bounced back so quickly after being so well cared for. The whole team go above and beyond when it comes to our much loved animals, doing there best to keep them happy, healthy and part of our family. Thanks once again. Polson Family

A big thank you to John and his team for fitting my dog in this morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. John made a lot of effort to describe and discuss Charlie's issues and offered constructive solutions including treatment options where possible and risks (both medical and financial) associated with each. He offers good sound advice on preventative practice at home without the pressure to keep taking your dog back for regular checks at a hefty fee that I've experienced from other vets. John was very professional and very pleasant to deal with where the consult felt personal and not just another number through the door.
I would highly recommend Floreat Vet to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to book another appointment in the future.

I get it when I read these testimonials it seems they always do a good job. But I can say I have been to 4 other vets over the years and everytime while it was nice i would tighten up when walking to the counter to pay just knowing it would be extra every time. John and the team assessed Polly and were very clear about what needed to be done and clear on price. They really care and it shows. Some key points was being walked through what was done in the procedure with images and video and finally seeing Polly come out with a wagging tale. Thanks to John and the team, wish I discovered you sooner.

John and the team were absolutely fantastic. John had to do surgery on our cat, she recovered really well and every step of the way we felt like she was in great hands. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend The Floreat Vet enough, a massive thank you to John for saving Ollie’s broken leg!
Also another massive thank you to all the staff who have been incredibly kind to both myself and Ollie and looking after him during the day, making sure he was comfortable and just being beyond caring! We appreciate it so much and can’t wait to get back to our beach walks!

I first came across Floreat Vet when we started with puppy classes. Their classes are by far the best thing we could have done for our pup in his early stages. Emily helped our little man socialise with the other pups and he is now so much more comfortable in social situations and with dogs of all types. I have been to other classes since and cannot recommend Emily’s classes more, they are by far the best I’ve experienced and really helped focus on socialisation and appropriate play at such a critical age.

Having so many positive experiences on our visits to the vet to start us off, whenever we needed to visit for anything else he was excited to arrive and we never had any trouble getting him in the door. He runs in with so much excitement to see all the staff, he adores them all.

Unfortunately Our Kelpie x Forrest fractured his Tibia at only 4 months old. After meeting with John and the team at Floreat to discuss the surgery we felt so safe and secure going ahead with the surgery. John helped us to understand the entire process and put us at ease knowing we had a plan ahead of us in the healing process. The surgery went really well, the team did an amazing job and we were set on the right path for recovery with Forrest.

The next 6/7 weeks were daunting knowing we had to keep a 4 month old puppy quite on his leg when all he wanted to do was play. Whenever we had any concerns or worries in the weeks to follow we were able to check in with the team and with John specifically and they worked with us to find solutions to our hurdles. Forrest has now come out the other end and we have never been happier to see him run so freely on his leg all healed!

We cannot be more thankful for the care the team has put into healing our pup, a special thankyou to John for his professionalism and his handywork putting Forrest back together and for making us feel at ease with the entire process. Emily for helping our little man come out of his shell from his first encounters with other dogs, your voice still makes his tail wag instantly. David, Paris and Karen for your warm welcomes and constant care with Forrest, we can tell you are all absolute animal lovers at heart and we have always felt so safe leaving Forrest with all of you. <3

If you are looking for a vet clinic for your dog, or puppy classes for your pup I can’t recommend Floreat Vet enough. You can trust your dog is in good hands here.

No hesitation in recommending these guys. They’ve been so good with my pugs that they love going! Really clear and helpful advice and care. It’s obvious that they love what they do and the animals and it translates to their work.

You can tell when people love what they do, and it comes across with the Floreat Vet. We've been taking our dog Winston there ever since John started, and his passion (and the team) really shines through. We've had challenges over the years with poor groomers, heart issues with Win, and bad advice - and every time, John and the team have been there to support, fix up, and help out. We live a fair way away, and I couldn't imagine taking Win anywhere else. Love them all, and highly recommend the Floreat Vet team
