Floreat Settlements

We have used Floreat Settlements many times over the years and they have been fantastic. However whilst our recent purchase was seamless their professionalism was not. I agree with other reviews regarding Justin's phone manner. This should have been a trigger to go with another agent. We ended up with the mother and once again agree with other reviews.
Not once was an email from me to FS acknowledged. We now discover that there was never any RCD/s and smoke detector report, this apparently should have been part of the settlement process. When asked FS response is = no response.
Consequently we chose a different agent for a settlement currently in progress and it has been a pleasant professional experience.

Justin and his team at Floreat Settlements provide an exceptional service. There experience is second to none and we can always lean on them for good advice in the lead up to settlements. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Floreat Settlements.

Justin, Leslie (and the team) have been together and in the settlements game a long time. They know their stuff. I've used them on a number of transactions (both buys and sells) with smooth sailing. Well done guys - keep up the great service!

Very poor service!

finally had the time to sit and write a review on this poorly run organisation, probably good at just collecting the fee when it's an easy settlement but when it comes to working for their money.hahaha the service received is close to laughable/disgusting!

I purchased a home and there was difficulties following the repairs of the property after the building inspection was reported to have defects in the roof.roof was leaking and then to top it off the repairer left tiles off the roof to which a then 3 day down pour in rain significantly damaged to ceiling.between the settlement agent and real estate agent neither of whom got the job fixed correctly! Absolutely pathetic!

I've come to see other settlement agents and they have all suggested this is very poor service and sometimes things don't go to plan but to wipe their hands with it is pretty disgraceful.

If you choose this company, good luck i hope your settlement goes smoothly or you are in for a real treat.
