Sandy always makes sure I'm taken care of and I have NEVER ever seen anything but kindness and support from these wonderful people over the 10 years I have been buying flowers from them. The costumer service was second to none. I had a very pleasing experience and was not let down by the beautiful flowers they had to offer.
I had a terrible experience here. Was treated so incredibly rudely. They have such self centred customer service I’m surprised they’re still in business. One doesn’t even care about their product when one is treated so poorly.
Worst experience ever with this wholesaler. The staffs attitudes need to be improved. They only be friendly to those who have a shop fronts florist but not home base florist. What a shamed!
