Float & Restore Lakeside (Joondalup) Float Tank

It's been a little while since floating & I'm so glad I came today!

The 30min sauna got super warm, really quick & got me primed to soak up all of the Epsom salts
I floated for 60mins & it was pure heaven, my body is so grateful right now

To top it all off Charlotte was super polite & friendly, exactly what I needed in this bliss state.

Very happy with my first time experience here. The appointment ran on time, the decor was lovely, the lighting/acoustics/aroma in the massage room was just right. Lali was my masseuse. Lali was professional, presented well and was able to provide a firm massage. Lali’s massage technique was thorough and the same on both sides of my back. I will definitely come back when I am in Perth again. Thank you for a great start to the day.

All of the staff were lovely and explained everything very well, the experience was so relaxing and I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcome herbal tea. I had the Sauna/Float/1hr Massage package. I highly recommend it. The sauna was great and the float was amazing but the massage was so relaxing it was unbelievable, I floated out of there. I have been a massage therapist for over 20 years and I was very impressed by Chika my therapist. Book yourself in, you won't regret it!

Not only was the receptionist lovely, she made the experience very calming and understandable.

I started of with a 60m float followed by a massage and it was really relaxing.

The women who did my massage was so friendly and bubbly and overall the experience left me with an amazing unwind - healthy mind

Massage below average. The masseuse I had no notion of what she was doing. She wasn’t consistent throughout the session.
Kept massaging with her forearm. Barely used her fingers apart for pressing my nails and pulling my fingers and my toes. It was very uncomfortable.
Every transition from a leg to another, from a left to the arm… was rough
The towel on my eyes will not stay in position as she was moving it around while massaging… it was disturbing!
The first 5 mins she just “pressed “ her hands on mine body (over the blanket and towel) … didn’t feel anything….
She was breathing onto my face while doing the head / neck massage.
She handle my neck like she didn’t know what she was doing I was uncomfortable and just wanted this massage to be over.
I understand that it’s all subjective but I had many massages in my life that one was terrible…
I had a voucher… glad I didn’t pay for it!
Hopefully the management will hear me and will train her better for the next patient

Had a float and pregnancy massage today. Friendly staff and the place has really nice ambience. Float was very relaxing, however I find the massage was too relaxing to my liking as I was hoping a stronger massage to help relieve my soreness and pain.

Scammers and liars! Especially their membership program. They closed one of their stores and didn't tell me as a regular customer about it, and now they don't want to refund the money for unused credits for the sauna and floating. Lots of calls and no luck. Just ignoring me. They do business horribly. They don't respect their customers. No one wants to help solve the problem, only calls in a circle. I will complain to Commerse WA and request my money through the court!

The float tank was calm & relaxing and the magnesium helped with my sore muscles. The music is very tranquil and the massage from Annelise was amazing!:)

First time at Float & Restore Lakeside today for a 90 minute hot stone massage. The spa had a really lovely presentation and set up. Impressed! My therapist Chikako had great massage techniques (especially with the neck, face and head areas) providing me with the best hot stone massage I've had to date (and I've had several!). Thanks so much for a lovely/relaxing session. Highly recommended.

I had a float and lymphatic massage the other day and wanted to leave a response to say how much I enjoyed the whole experience. I was having swelling in my right arm, I have had lymph nodes removed after breast cancer. I have noticed a difference in the arm from the massage and it is not as uncomfortable as it was. I have booked another float and massage in two weeks time and so looking forward to it. Thank you Float Joondalup love the September Special.

AMAZING. So calm and Zen. Super relaxing. I have never been able to float before in my life and you do in these tanks. It's warm. You can have music. Staff are lovely and accommodating. Would recommend.

Bought voucher for partner. Process good. Partner enjoyed the experience, was clean and the staff helpful.

Awesome experience and really convenient location. They have dedicated parking bays just outside too so you never need to muck about finding a spot.
