Flo Espresso

First timer and a happy customer. Visited on Jan 2,2024. We ordered ice long black, hot latte, cinnamon swarl, and mushroom toast. All good. The staffs were friendly, too. Price wise is a normal Australian standard. Enjoy guys!

Great coffee. Staff super friendly. Unfortunately not even one vegan option for food. Pretty outdated for a big city and for such a pretty hidden gem.

I have updated my status from a curious guest to a regular - I love Flo Espresso! Great tasting cold brew, and the sandwich variety is to brag! They serve my two favourite items into one: Reuben Bagel! (Try the parmesan variety and have it toasted.) I'm eyeing their Pork Kimchi sandwich next. They have sweets, too. Their brownies slices are delicious!

Flo Espresso has seating inside and limited ones outside. A cool funky decor. The staff are helpful, welcoming and warm. A perfect place for my coffee run!

My favourite coffee in the City! And the most delicious toasties! My 2 favourites are the Ham and Cheese on sourdough and the Egg and bacon.

It has been a few years since coming here and I wondered if it was still good. While I was sitting there waiting for ages for my coffee I decided I wouldn't come back again. But then I checked at the counter and they had forgotten me. Not only did they GENUINELY apologize, they made it immediately, refunded me cash without even asking AND the coffee was totally delicious. So yep, still great there.

Flo has been consistently serving great quality coffee, food and genuine friendly service through out my visits over the last year. Thank you for being awesome!

Work down the road and this is the go-to place in the area. Good coffee, toasties and nice staff.

The taste of their coffee indescribable and irresistible. In addition to this, an almost daily renewal of the quality of the coffee and the country of origin of the coffee and an explanation of the Origin of the coffee while it was served to me. They work like bees, quickly and mastery, in addition to fun, knowing the customer and calling him by his name indicates their understanding of how to deal with and win customers. I think most of the workers in this area prefer this coffee shop and you find it always crowded with employees due to the quality of the prepared coffee.

Good atmosphere and positive vibes. Friendly staff and excellent service. Good coffee, I definitely recommend this place memorable place and garantee good service. My only concern from the staff is please stop talking bad about people you don't know. You can not assume someones profession just by looking at them. I am trying hard not to be rude but you can refer to people as pros without evidence your better than this don't talk bad about people because your won't like it if the same done to you. This is a peaceful review from me to check yourself and be better.

Seems like a popular place to get coffee. I ordered a flat white and ham and cheese croissant. Coffee was good but a tad expensive in my opinion.

First class coffee and a varied set of beans and coffee types. Real passion is evident throughout with some interesting food choices acting as a steady support to the coffee.

Great coffee. Only gripe is there doesn't seem to be much of an environmental consideration - Should definitely consider keep cup discount and not charging an extra $1 for almond milk.

In my opinion Hyeran is one the of best baristas in Perth. Her passion for coffee speaks for itself. Also the place runs like clockwork. Highly recommend.

I don't drink coffee and cannot comment. However, the staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the service is fatastic. It can be quite busy during the morning rush but people aren't waiting long for their coffee. It's a lovely little coffee shop to visit anytime of day.

Most amazing coffee in Perth! Beautiful presentation as well (just look at that mug, the latte art and the marble effect of the iced coffee!). We had an iced coffee and a flat white, both with Milk Lab almond milk. Very friendly service as well.

Amazing coffee. Smooth and leaves a lovely aftertaste.
Hot chocolate is also bloody good here if you’re not a coffee person. The staff are always so genuinely friendly too.
Bring back the kimchi and cheese toasted sandwich.
