Very disappointing experience!

We brought the tickets for the New Year Day session at 11am from their website, thinking to make it a stop over travelling back down South. (We live very far from Bibra Lake.) When we arrived at the venue, we realised it was not open. With a disappointing kid, we had to make alternative plan. I then emailed all of the contacts I could find on their website to organise refund. I only heard from them for the first time after 21 days, saying that I can only have it reschedule for the next few weeks, or have it as a voucher. I wrote back that I was not happy with the offers. I also explained that I purchased the experience for that day, you took my money to provide the experience for that day, but you failed to do so. It was not my fault and therefore I want a refund. I also explained that we live very far from where they are, so it is not realistic for us to just go back for another day. I have never heard from them anymore! It has been over a month, this still has not been resolved!

Very disappointing and frustrating!

Not suitable for tall kids. We went there for my son's birthday, only to find he was too tall for most of the sections. We sat on the floor for most of our visit (No chairs or tables available) after he got bored with the one crash mat and spinny thing.which were the only 2 things he was allowed on. We paid for 2 hours but after 30 minutes, he wasn't having fun. I asked if we could get a refund on the second hour but staff said they don't offer refunds. We ended up leaving shortly after. We'll be sticking to Bounce. Much cheaper and more for taller kids to do.

I bought a groupon voucher for $30. Wasn't working on Flipouts website so I went in there and they charged me the full amount of $34 and took the voucher off. So still had to pay $4.

They said the voucher wasn't available yet, even though the said otherwise on their facebook page. Thanks for the false advertising. I won't be back anytime soon

I came to flip out for my sons friends birthday and party host Tayla made it such an enjoyable experience, my kids quite shy but she was very approachable and the kids loved her. The service from this place was great and I’m thinking of having my son’s birthday there too. Thankyou flip out bibra lake and Tayla

Great place but needs improvements. Similar to other trampoline places but much more appropriate for smaller children. Staff watch the areas which is great for older kids who get a bit rough. They have an indoor playground, a seating area. Can purchase food and drinks. Went to a birthday party. Was very disorganised and was crammed into a very small area. Staff didn't seem to know what was going in, time line was running behind and had another party come up to the host saying the party we were attending needed to move as they had that spot booked for a certain time.
Also they have arcade style games you can purchase 3 tokens for $5 or 6 for $10 I spent $15.we had some fun but ended up 1 token spare. None of the arcades had any single token games. When I confronted Staff I was told they just take the single token back and keep it. I was also informed they don't exchange the tokens, which I felt was so dodgy. I ended up keeping the token seeing tho I paid for it. They really need to fix that system if they have these arcades in place.

I visited flipout bibra lake for the playgroup session for my sons 4th birthday. I also have a 2 year old and a 3 month old baby. My 3 month old baby was mainly hanging out in his pram while I tried to also play with my older two kids. Vishal, who was supervising the floor was absolutely amazing. He was such a fantastic help. He kept checking in on my baby for me so I could play with my older two kids while still supervising the rest of the floor.
My baby loved him so much he actually started to cry when I pushed the pram away and he couldn’t see him anymore.
He made what could have been a fairly stressful day for me so much easier and in turn that made my sons birthday even more special so thank you so much to him, I don’t think he realised how much I appreciated it.
This location is good for younger kids and the playgroup session is really great value.

3 stars, this isn’t a bad place at all kids (took two 10 yo girls), but it’s not cheap. It’s good to see the old masters building being revamped but:

It was all fun until my kid fractured her arm here which was a bit unfortunate, just as well they have waivers watch out for the yellow spinny thing!

- Parking (it shares its parking with a car yard, but that doesn’t mean there’s much available parking on a Saturday morning!)

- Food is expensive ($18 for 12 nuggets and large chips, $4.50 large slushie… which is clearly better value from any fast food outlet), having said that kids liked the nuggets and chips so the quality of food was there and there was a wait but I thought it was reasonable.

- parent area… not enough tables for all the parents but there are plenty of chairs stacked so you could grab a chair and find a spot to sit at a push.

It’s good to see investment for kids activities, Perth is so light on for kid venues and this isn’t a bad place, just whether it meets your value expectations will be an individual thing.

It also appears to have a decent aircon arrangement but I’m not sure what a 40 degree day will look like

On age limit, whilst it is open I’m not sure many kids over 10 would really enjoy it, my 13yo wouldn’t be keen so…

"Flipout" in Bibra Lake is a great place for kids! It has new equipment, helpful staff, good food, is safe for kids of all ages, and offers a spacious environment. Families will likely find it a fantastic destination for their children's entertainment and Birthday Parties.

We’ve celebrated our daughter’s birthday recently and was just wowed with the service and facility.
Great fun for kids of all ages, we had bunch ranging from 7yrs to 15yrs and then mums and dads chimed in. Kids woudn’t want to leave and stayed on long after birthday celebration.
A must go place for all ages.
Thank you all Flip Out Bibra Lake staff for making our event memorable.

Definitely the perfect place for birthday celebration. It's new so I'm sure they will appreciate feedback on ways to improve. Kids loved the ninja course especially running up the curved wall.

Music was too loud over the instructions but the coaches at each station did a good job managing the crowd. Hopefully the bouncy castle area will be ready soon.

Great venue- however lengthy wait times to place an order on food. Perhaps understaffing an issue? We will be back and hopefully resolved by then. Kids loved it!

Fantastic. Southern suburbs needed something for older kids. My 8 year old loved it. Will be going again!

Great activities for children, but I feel it is not valued for money, $20 per child for 1 hour or $40 for 2 hours. Also I bought a flat white and the coffee beans are not the best taste. Otherwise, tasteful chips and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Coming from a 20 year hospo employee fyi…
Waited 20min just for a coffee. I asked about it a little before I got it to be told that “they’re busy and theres only two of them”. Well. I saw 2 extra ones doing absolutely nothing in the back. Why not go ask them for help? Inexperienced staff, clearly the management sucks. Place is quite dirty and staff are standing around texting. Not to mention $30 for one child crazy

Kids loved it but not sure if its good value for money. $120 for four kids for two hours. Service to get into the place and to order and receive food takes ages with not enough staff behind the counters.

So much fun! With kids under 5 you can come between 9-1 on a week day and it’s only $5 per kid with socks!
