Flinders Bay Caravan Park

There is no service besides WiFi, but I request that you come to camp here it's really nice and beautiful (Flinders Bay Beach is my favourite).

A great sheltered beach front camping site, the only downside is there is no camp kitchen. Beautiful sunrise and many sting rays.

Unpowered sites near the entrance were awesome. Sounds of the waves crashing all night. Bliss! Facilities are older, but were clean enough considering the number of guests staying during the school holidays.

Fabulous park with beautiful, well maintained grounds. Amenities are very good and reception staff was really lovely. For the first time ever, I got a discount for being a solo traveller. Easy access to the beach and stunning scenery.

Beautiful little van park right next to one of the most stunning swimming coves. Short walk to the local playground for the kids. Weather was horrendous so we only stayed one night but cannot fault the park. Amenities were spotless, staff were fabulously friendly. I made a mistake with our laundry (mistook a washing machine for a dryer, doh!) and the lady refunded me my money. So lovely! We had a very large site and per other reviews - the bottlebrush hedging between sites was great. Wish they had more of this at other parks! We were right by the path to the beach (dog friendly) which was also great - barely a minutes walk away.
Took my dog on a fabulous morning walk to the harbour which we both enjoyed. Would love to return here in warmer weather and take advantage of its proximity to some very special swimming spots.

Loved our stay here. Very clean and tidy. Good facilities. Nice place to relax and enjoy the beautiful location. Great for the dog too. Will definitely return.

Wonderful caravan park, a hidden gem. Very close to the famous Cape Leeuwin lighthouse and is right on the Bay named after the famous Matthews Flinders. The highlight is that all sites are screened from each by hedged bottle brush trees. The amenities are spotless. Renovations to the top end of the park should be finished soon.

What an amazing location, beautiful Bay and Beach, however very pricey considering there is no camp kitchen and our site was all dirt. A few other sites had lawn. I liked that there were bushes and trees between sites for privacy. I would also have liked to see more parental supervision as children were riding bikes and skateboards way too fast on the narrow roads.

A lovely well laid out park. Next to a special beach. The park is well maintained and looks great. A camp kitchen perhaps would be a well received addition for campers.

Park relatively nice. Really close to a lovely little beach. Our plot wasn’t ideally positioned as the power and water were out of reach. Ablution block was tired and a bit smelly - nothing a good splash of bleach would remedy! Felt the plots were a bit crammed and on top of one another.

Great location, right next to the beach. The beaches are easily accessible and family friendly. Staff are friendly. Big sized caravan bays, could fit the van and car side by side and some to spare. Amenities are dated although clean. Only downside is the showers are SMALL. If you are a larger type person it makes it a little more difficult to move around in the shower. Other than that highly recommend this caravan park

Convenient location, lots to see and do for families. The grounds were tidy, amenities clean and sites had plenty of room and availability.

Really enjoyed staying here, we stayed longer then we intended! Dog friendly, lovely staff and beautiful spot! Right on the beach, beach had two cute little jetties and a pontoon a short swim out. Crystal clear water! We even saw a heap of rays! Excellent showers and toilets, washing machine and dryers for use, they use $1 coins. Only thing that we could of used is a spot to wash our dog with hot water. We had to use the tap which was freezing!

Good location and price. Lot sizes good. Poor bathroom facilities. Wifi with only 500mb limit with a signal strength making it useless

Great spot to camp with clean amenities. No fridge and stoves though. But friendly owner and very well behave neighbours.

Nice park, good amenities, close to beach, dog friendly just do the right thing and keep them on a leash. Nice bays separated by hedges and walking distance to the playground and swimming area, would recommend

I always enjoy staying at the Flinders Bay Caravan Park, but not this time!
Unfortunately the toilets and showers were not properly cleaned and maintained.
While I was there for my two night stay in March 2021, the toilets were not cleaned once! I know this as the same bandaid was on the floor the whole time, the toilet paper was not refilled and there were many cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling space.
If the toilets and showers were cleaned and properly maintained, my rating would have increased significantly.

Augusta is great town Flinders Caravan Park was so good, amenities always clean although fully booked ️
