Fleetspec Hire

Hired a bus for our community trip. Paid to ensure excess was the locked in amount. Windscreen broken on the way home by another heavy loader - we coped over $1300 for the windscreen repair, even though we paid EXTRA to ensure the excess amount will remain the same if any accidents as such occurs.

Very unfortunate and not good service for community sector.

Our Rugby League club hires our travel buses from Fleetspec everytime because they’re a primo price, quick service and so easy to use.

Dodgy “daily hire”- read the print! Apparently a day for these guys starts from the start of the day you require the truck- regardless of the time you pick it up. Having picked up the truck after hours last night and returning at 1230pm today (a total of 19 hours), is counted as two days by Fleetspec. What a rort!

Excellent customer service, and very clean and good condition vehicles. They helped me out with a next day rental, sorting everything out within an hour, and on pickup they walked through everything on operating the truck. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to hire a vehicle.

This company never let you down. Always have the advice and vehicle you want. Nothing is left to chance, the vehicle is fully inspected prior to leaving the yard. Vehicles are always immaculately clean and serviced. Best of all, the staff are at all times friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I hired a three ton truck which was a pleasure to drive and was delivered in great condition. John was a pleasure to deal with as was the gentleman who instructed me on the various parts of the truck I would certainly use this company again and can highly recommend them

I recently hired a 12 seater bus from Fleetspec and I want to compliment you and your team on excellent customer service.

I'm not a review writing type but this was really great service, from the guy answering my phone call to the guy who showed me the vehicle, everyone was wonderful.

The bus was almost brand new and very well presented, the whole process was simple and friendly. It really was first class service.
