Really bad customer service. No response from staff at all. 1 hour waiting time for food. Suggesting everyone don't go there for dine in.

Girl on reception is really very rude.she dont have simple basic attiquette to communicate with customer. Food wise its deterioting day by day.food color in chicken handi was on top level as it was literally not getting off the fingers.definitely its not turmeric.mostly they dont have tandoori stuff on their menu.not happy anymore.

I had Worst customer service yesterday. We went for a family dinner there. We ordered food, but waiting time was nearly 45 minutes. When we asked a girl at counter, she was totally ignoring us like she just walked away no reply. That was really rude staff is not responding to customers. I am recomending to everyone don't go there for dine in, you'll get no customer service over there, and waiting time will be 1 hour, even more than that.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Waited for 30mins or longer to not received everything I ordered. And all they can say is “sorry we can add it to your next order” What a joke. I ordered it now because I want it now lol

Foods wasn’t good. I just like the sauce. So if anyone want to order then please order only sauce. These guys only prepare a tasty sauce instead of preparing good food.

Whatt a food? Chicken wasn't proper roasted. Food was at least 5 days old and smelly. I think you guys must have to store your food in quarantine. Then, serve the people your quarantines best.

It was upsetting and lots of chicken bones and we asked no chilli just plain and it was really chilli, we specifically told them our previous experience with other negligent restaurants and they agreed and still gave us chilli curry.

️Don’t go there at all, Last night (1 January) we had to wait 1 hour 35 mins for fews curries and nans and chicken was uncooked and fight was happening there last night as well and we couldn’t even complete our food and we had to leave the restaurant because of that fight environment and then police came there and big seen, not going back at all,

I visited the restaurant last weekend with my friends. The restaurant staff is very friendly and welcoming. We ordered chiken biryani and daal with naan. The whole food was very very tasty specially chiken biryani was so yummy and delicious. I would recommend to go there and enjoy a healthy and best meal. Thanks Flaming karachi

Two hours waited for the entree and they served us wrong order and the chicken was uncooked. When we complained the restaurant staff, they rang the police. We were very surprised with this experience. Please avoid if you value your time as they have low quality food, pathetic service and no customer service!

I would've given a zero if it was possible. The food wasn't good, wouldn't recommend anyone further.
Don't know what else to say. Will never visit again.

Very slow in service. Not a welcoming staff.
Don't bother burying seafood (prawns/fish) both taste same and bad. Both felt frozen and reheated.
Chicken biriyani was okay.
Pakistani tea is good.

Bestest thing is the Rasmalai.yummiest and so fresh! They have tasty vegetarian dishes like dal tadka and paneer lababdaar.non veg starters don’t have the best flavors unfortunately.

The food used to be really delicious but unfortunately not anymore. The quality of the food is just pathetic now. The naans are so hard and chewy. The curries don’t have any flavours or I should say not even proper masalas in them. I used to be their regular customer but I am very disappointed as I wanted to give them a fair go but no luck with my last three orders.

Highly Recommended try out Thier Buriyani Combo set. It's cheap and tasty compared to other outlets.

Will definitely come again. Great value for price. Loved it.

Good work flaming team, we visit this place every now and then with rare little misses, it is the only place where I could get traditional taste of Pakistani/Indian food! Kudos to you!

Food tasted great at this place. Might be spicy so let them know if you don't eat spicy food. Waiting time for food is long, given that we were the only table ordering. Quality of customer service can be upgraded as well.

Standard is going down, first experience was unforgettable, whilst last one is terrible. Instead of cooking on original coal they used artificial smoke flavor, which felt like that we are eating a burning wood. Spices were not at par as well. Coal mutton was not tendered as well. Probably they have changed their cook.

I have gone there several times and they never disappoint. Staff is very generous and helping and they have best dishes in town
