Flame 400 Burger Cafe

My son and I had a plate of fries and the magnificent, scrumptious shakes.
We were served by a lovely waitress whose service was excellent. The menu had a variety of delicious foods for the many choices people have. A great place to eat.

We had big fancy milkshakes. They were very nice. A little pricey. But big.
Nice place but can get loud in the mall.
Will go back tho.

Super friendly staff and a very small wait time from ordering your meal and receiving at your table.

I absolutely loved my experience at this restaurant! The wings were the best wings I've ever had - perfectly cooked and full of flavor (highly recommend their buffalo wings). The burgers were also delicious - juicy and flavorful. The staff was also really great - they were friendly and helpful and made the whole experience delightful. Highly recommend!

Just ate at the Ellenbrook restaurant and yummmm. Great service and food. Very happy dinning experience. 10/10

Ordered a sausage, hash brown and egg kids breakfast for my son, was told that there were no hash browns, fine, added another eggs. After 15 minutes came out with bacon and eggs. Told the waitress we didn’t order bacon. She left and returned 10 minutes later with 2 tiny sausages the size of my pinky finger and two eggs. This is $15. That’s an adults full English breakfast at most other cafes and restaurants. Combine that with a $16.50 for a fancy big milkshake and that’s a $21.50 for something that my son (5) left and was still hungry. I got the pancakes that were $17 and ok.

Only gave this place a second star as even though yes the milkshake is expensive it has a lot on it and worth the price.

Won’t eat here again as the food is average and way way over priced.

If you are after a quick coffee this is not the place to visit.
The idea of cafes is to get orders filled fast; a concept that seems to have been lost here. Suggest that either the owners get another barista or train the current one to work faster.
There was no queue to speak of, yet it took far too long to provide us with our 2 coffees.

Only good thing was onion rings and milkshakes - chips drowned in salt and burgers covered in sauce on one side, other side tasteless.meat was burnt and chewy

It's very confusing on your first visit, you have to ask where things are.like sugar serviettes etc but other than that good

Overall ok meal, but won't be going back for the kids. The kids slider burgers were but a slither of meat in a bun which was stale. Shame as I have had good burgers here in the past.

Chicken for a salad should not come from a can. It should be fresh. My chicken smelt like old socks. Totally enedible. Thank goodness I received my money back. I will not return

Came in this afternoon and ordered loaded fries and one of the hotdogs, the service was outstanding and the food was soooo good, I will definitely be back and I'd happily tell friends and family to dine here.

Totally disgusting ordered a Parmi it was cold waited at least 10 minutes it came only just warm and it came back and by this time the chips were cold

Good burgers, good price, good ambient.
Overall a very pleasant experience. Definitely coming back and definitely recommending

My food was stone cold. Saw people getting their orders who I was certain had ordered after me. My wife went shopping while I waited and we were both surprised how long my order was taking. Not happy. This was at Ellenbrook. Poorly managed

Had breakfast here this morning and have attended previously. The staff are fantastic and have amazing customer service. The manager Steven in particular is incredibly polite and helpful.
The food and coffee is good too!

Just had lunch here and it was absolutely amazing! The staff were so friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with! We had Steven take our order and he absolutely blew us away with how amazing his customer service is!

Good food, but wait too long for food to arrive, forgot to bring me my fries with my food. Milkshakes delicious. Guy at till not eager to remove previous person dishes from table.
