Took my partner's s20fe here on 16/7/22 for a screen replacement. Phone was working perfectly for weeks it just had a cracked screen. Took it home after the replacement and realised the wifi and mobile data connected but didn't load anything. Spent 20+mins on another phone to him troubleshooting while he ademantly insisted it was not from the screen replacement.
He then said he would speak to another technician and call me back then turned off his phone so I went back to his shop and he had already left (1.5hrs before his closing time). When I got back to his shop I even noticed the back of the phone had come loose and is hanging off now.
Beyond appalling service.

I spent $129 to repair the phone's microphone, and the general communication is ok, but the face time of whatsapp and line has no sound, they told me they won't refund the money, because they repaired the microphone, it will cost an extra $40 to repair another mic, I ran it 5 times in total, over a month, all because the mic wasn't repaired, because they said my phone wasn't an Australian version, and the phone had three mics, all after I had paid for it, why it doesn't confirmed in the beginning? In the end, I was really impatient, and I didn't want to spend an extra $40 on repairs and they can't make sure it can be repair, so I could only admit that I was unlucky. If you have a lot of time and money to spend, you can consider going here to repair your phone.

Was quoted $20 for a repair report by the lady but was later told they misquoted, it's actually $49 - more than double! I hate making a fuss but decided to ask about this when I arrived to collect my phone. The young boy couldn't or wouldn't explain the price difference, telling me that it was just a mistake. He told me that the lady who quoted me was the boss and (conveniently) out of the office. But then he said she was new so didn't know the prices yet. I can understand a $5-10 mistake but $29? I left feeling like I got scammed. Good customer service at the start but very poor service and communication at the end. Maybe I should have refused to pay but in the end I got what I wanted so just be aware I guess.

Good experience. Drop a Huawei Pro 30 to get fix, they found the parts and call me following day to drop it off. 2 hours later all good, reasonable pricey.

I am horrified at my experience, I took my daughters Iphone to be fixed as battery was dying too fast, I told the guy it was only 18 months old, it took a week and I had to ring him, when we got it back it was worse than before, it turned itself off and there was no audio! Then I found out all Iphones have a 24 month warranty, he had a moral and professional obligation to inform me of this, instead he operated on it and voided the warranty, people might say I should have known but I didnt as I had no idea, but he is supposed to be a phone fixer specialising in Iphones, I dont think for one second he did not have 100% knowledge of this 24 month warranty, my daughter is type 1 diabetic and her phone is her life line and I did explain this to him as well, now I am paying off 2 Iphones, if I could do zero stars this is the time for me, be wary people

Poor mannerism by owner. Would not recommend any lady to go in on your own if they have broken your phone while trying to fix it. I was nearly assaulted by owner I assume. Behaviour was absolutely unacceptable. I’m horrified from event, luckily my two babies weren’t with me. Again disgusted with the owners behaviour. Wish I could rate this 0!

I got my laptop hinges broken, and here fixed it, VERY quickly, with a VERY reasonable price highly recommended

They replaced my battery.only negative is they added $5 to the price they quoted previously. I know it's just $5 but.edit: representative got in touch and offered a full refund for the mistake.service is still cheaper than most places regardless and they did a great job.

I got my iPhone 6 screen replaced and it’s amazing quality for the cheap price! I also asked for a glass screen protector which I got but the edges started peeling off a couple hours later.

So impressed with this service, everyone in the office uses them for their phone problems. Smashed mine yersterday and the screen wasn’t working at all got a quote from apple saying it was going at be $300-$350 and it would have to be sent away for a week. Emailed these guys was picked up and dropped off for me and fixed within 3hours and only cost me 70. Could not reccomend enough!

Second phone I’ve got fixed here works absolutely perfect, great prices and great fixing times would recommend anyone for any problem. Thanks man
