Five Senses Coffee - Roastery (WA)

Recently had a grinder malfunction that Five Senses deal with (Baratza). Emailed Baratza directly who referred me here. Within 15 minutes the girls at the desk have got me sorted, given me the parts free under warranty and sent me on my merry way. Very helpful and great service!

Always a great experience getting coffee freshly roasted daily in the shop front. Worth a visit just to have your senses hit with the array of heavy roasts as you walk through the door.

Outstanding customer service and repair process. My grinder broke down twice with different issues and Five Senses made it very easy to get it repaired and returned in quick time!

I have never had a bad roast from five senses. I buy filter beans consistently and love the variety provided. Delivery is always within 2 days. Just wanted to say that the latest washed Gitwe is the best coffee I have ever tasted well done.

I called to inquire about coffee etc, and was fortunate to meet Ash, who could not be more helpful, so lucky to meet somebody who is prepared to spend time, explaining techniques etc. Thankyou Ash and staff.

These folks have an amazing selection of coffee available to buy on their website, including great filter roasts and single origin batches. The shipping is super fast, and the customer service has been fantastic. I've had a coffee subscription with them for over a year and having fresh and interesting beans available at all times is the best!

Just the best coffee I have ever had. The staff at Five Senses coffee are very helpful and friendly when I place my order. Coffee that has just been roasted the previous day is delivered right to my front door.
