One of the things I loved about Fitstop was how well the class timetable fit my busy schedule. The gym has a fantastic community of like-minded individuals who were friendly, supportive, and made me feel welcomed. It was inspiring to be a part of such a positive and motivating environment. The functional fitness classes structured short but intense. I have noticed a huge improvement on my fitness since I joined Fitstop. Highly recommend to anyone.

Positives: The facilities and equipment are quite modern and clean. Did enjoy few of the workout structures.
Negatives: Some of the classes that were too crowded. There was also quite a lack of attention to observation regarding technique /form or modifications to the exercise done.
