15 I have found training with Ingrid at Fit Faster helpful for many different reasons at different times over the past 3 years.
I have dropped weight, built strength and improved my consistency in training. If I have an injury, Ingrid modifies the circuit so I still get a good workout regardless of my limitations. I love that the most - that you train alongside older and younger and fitter/stronger or less fit folk. Absolutely all levels of capability are addressed at every session and it's always a fun, positive and friendly atmosphere. I also really love the outside setting - beats an inside gym every day!
I’ve trained with Ingrid for over three years. I’ve attended the 6am, the 6pm, the 9.30am sessions and the Yummy Mummy classes. I’ve worked out through two pregnancies with Ingrid and have always felt challenged in a safe environment. Ingrid’s classes are always fun with a good vibe which is a testament to her friendly and energetic personality. The fact that she loves and is welcoming of kids is a big help when you have little ones. It’s not just a Bootcamp it’s a community where I’ve made lots of good friends.
We have been coming to Fit Faster for over 5 years now and no two sessions have ever been the same. Love being outside training. Ingrid always keeps it fun and interesting. I highly recommend Fit Faster Performance. Great for all levels of fitness. Fun, friendly environment and lots of variety in the training offered.
Doing this program once already was an amazing experience and what a way to start your morning. Family friendly, the session I went to there was kids, dog and adults training alike (the dogs kind of just walk around doing their own thing!: D.) Great, fun and engaging program.
Great programs and workouts that cater to all fitness levels, I really enjoy it. High recommend - if you are interested don't hesitate to give it a go!

Love being part of the FFP family. I started last November terribly unfit but wanting to change. (I'm now a lot more fit, feeling a lot better physically and mentally, and about 4 kg lighter.and if I stopped eating hot chips and followed Ingrid's diet suggestions would be much smaller too!)
FFP is a safe space to start working out, and fantastic if, like me, you struggle to find the motivation to work out alone. Ingrid is really supportive, and is always willing to chat, find alternative workouts if you're struggling/injured and is generally fantastic.
It's great being in an open area, getting encouragement and being able to track progress against yourself. Good mix of old and new work out activities. Lots of fun, highly recommended!
I love Bootcamp with Ingrid! It is such a fun, uplifting and supportive environment. Could not recommend FFP enough:) so grateful to have found this amazing place!
If you actually want to get fitter, put simply this will (will) help, the exercises, the trainers, the crew. If there is a time that works for you, you should definitely give it a go.

Ingird and the FFP team are amazing! We have been long time members and wouldn't go anywhere else to work out. They are knowledgeable, professional and the bootcamps are always great fun! If you're looking for a great place to workout and meet some fantastic people, look no further! 5*
