Fishy Fishy Bertram

Pizzas are generally pretty good but the wait times are getting longer and longer. Used to be able to get a delivery within 30 minutes but the last few orders have been taking around an hour, it's been nearly an hour and a half and still no food and can't get hold of them on the phone. Will be definitely considering other vendors from now on.

Excellent service and great food, good portions, had a serve of fish and chips perfectly cooked will return soon

I cannot express in enough words, how amazing the gravy pizza is haha. Literally the greatest pizza ever.
I love fishy fishys food, ive never ordered anything that didnt taste fantastic, they even deliver and they are local, how can you go wrong?

Disappointed! I arrived at 7: 15 on Friday night and told no longer accepted any orders (seem like not due to sold out). Staffs have a very bad attitude. Won't go again.

It got one star because i couldnt give it zero.tried to order pizza.rang 4 times no answer.i tried to use the website.too complicated.i wanted a pizza not a bank loan.when i spoke to the guy he said he was too busy to answer the phone.i willnot return

Tried to order online 3 times but type of fish not available at Aubin Grove.
When we picked up our order the fish was over cooked and dry. I got the barramundi.
I have to say the chips saved then getting a 1 star rating.
This is the second visit in 3 week we have been disappointed.
Won't be back

Poor manners and service in store and on the phone
I ordered 3 dollars of chips and wow was I so dissatisfied they were over cooked soggy and doesn't even come close to what I thought $3 should get you how hard is it to make 3bucks of chips good

Portions were, big, very big! Food was tasty. And you can drown your food in vinegar if you want to, yum! Thumbs up from me.

The best fish n chips we've had in a long time the meal was huge, the hamburger with the lot was nice as well.the lettuce very fresh.will try the place again.

Used to be great but recently have slipped in quality and service. Sadly they wont be receiving any more of my custom.

Love your pizzas and when you finally fix the app so that garlic can be added as a topping to pizzas Ill amend this rating to 5

Without a doubt the BEST fish and chips I have ever bought! Golden, crispy and fresh every time.

Always so friendly The foods great and fast, they never get an order wrong and sometimes even lucky enough to get a few extra pieces

Good food but everytime I go it's a 45 minute wait.
Literally just been in and had people in after me get there order first. As said good food, poor service

Always produce great food, great value and amazing customer service. I had an issue one time and it was fixed instantly. This place is one of our favourites and we will continue to order.

Ordered fishy of 1 x 2. Chips where nice and that was all. Fish was over cooked and the batter was way to thick (like leather). Squid rings where over cooked and very greasy, Sea Scallop was very dry. Will never return, felt sick all night. Even the dogs refused to eat it.

One of the best chicken kebabs I have ever eaten, ordered over the phone and the order was prompt, customer service was excellent. All round great eating experience, will deffinently be a returning customer.

The chips are crunchy and cooked to perfection would highly recommend. But don't order the fish, not cooked properly just oil more than anything no flavour in the fish or the outside

Kebab was loaded with meat and was delicious! Chips were crispy and portion size huge! Hamburger not to shabby! Delivery time on point!

Not bad "Fishy for one" $14 good value for money. Fish chips 2 squid rings 1 crumbed pawn 1 crumbed scallop 1 crab stick includes tartare sauce.
