First Choice Liquor Midland

I don’t normally shop here but they had a good special on which got me in.
A good variety of liquor. The premises were clean.
Good customer service with the girl directing me to, and taking me to where my product was located. Probably a bit disadvantaged with Dad Murphs only 100 metres away, and they are a lot bigger.

Never again, the person with the red dyed hair was in a foul mood and demanded to see my 18 yr old son's birth certificate even though I was buying it. When I told her this she huffed out she was terminating the transaction.
I will never return to this place after being treated this way!

Won’t price match legitimate offers from other vendors. Staff member seemed very aggressive and agitated

Refreshingly friendly and warm staff. Click and collect was fast. Staff member even kindly mentioned a favorite of mine would be on special in two days time. Welcoming atmosphere which was the polar opposite of 'that other place' close by on the same day. Well done, guys.

Heaps of free parking which was nice for a large haul. You need a coin for trollies, but if you ask nicely, the staff are happy to help (without a coin). Very friendly and helpful staff. Happy to recommend

First Choice has a better cider selection than DMs, which is often why I shop here. The store isn't as well presented, but I find the staff to always be friendly. Last time I was there some people blatantly stole things and walked out, and the staff handled themselves well under what must be a common and frustrating occurrence.

This place looks rough on the outside but its nice inside and the staff are great. Got some bargains.

Would give 10 if I could, the staff member that helped me out I believe her name is Emily went above and beyond also super friendly. What ever use are paying her it isn't enough.

I would like to thank Fillippa for her excellent service. I am disabled with a couple of crook knees and she could not be more helpful with assisting me with my purchase. She helped me find, load on trolley then served me at the counter and followed and helped me load into the car. Absolutely the best of seen. Well done I

About time they start price matching with Dan's & flybuys points on top of it, great staff & friendly customer service.

Best prices in Perth WA, fantastic online deals. But opening hours on website at Midland are not correct. They open at 9am NOT 8am as advertised, therefore there was a lot of people waiting for them to open. Please make your opening times correct. Thank you

Product great. Wake up Coles not accepting a digital photo ID for click and collect defys logic in today's technological time and defeats the ease of click and collect. Place some trust in your staff to decide if uncertain

Nice place but they still accept cash which causes the spread of disease. The beggars outside say they want money for food but alcohol is not food. This place needs to go card only.

Absolutely disgraceful.dont use their click and collect unless you want to triple your wait whilst they try and find your order even though its sitting on the counter.
And then you see they have only given you 3 of your 4 items and charged you for them all! They refuse to give you the missing item even though you show the the email confirmation and where they took the full amount out of your bank account.
They basically tell you that you need to sort it out with the 3rd party company that runs their website.
The store manager seems to have no authority, I guess he counts the money a locks up.that's the end of his management skills.

All of this over a $27 bottle.
