Most of the staff at the place are fantastic, earning them a solid 4 stars. They are always willing to help and have a good laugh.

However, one star is deducted due to the unhelpful and rude attitude of a particular kiwi lady. Her unwillingness to assist, treating people poorly, and maintaining a monotone, expressionless face made multiple interactions unpleasant.

It's disheartening to see a fellow Kiwi act like that and leave customers with a negative experience.

Some very cheap buys here when they have specials.
Especially their 6 for $36 is unbeatable.

Massive range, huge selection of liquor, and pretty good prices, no drive thru but still worth stopping in.

The prices are fair & competitive but that's it. I will never get home delivery from this place again. All items purchased sent out separately, arriving on different days. Yes it's close to Xmas but they haven't prepared & my order won't arrive on time (10 day ETA). Only do click & collect. Lesson learnt

Referred me to the Vintage liquor store which had a boxed bottle of the alcohol I was looking for.
Rang ahead and had them put the bottle aside for me to pick up.

Great selection of wine and spirits including local spirits from Perth distilleries. Not a bad selection of beers with a few local breweries products available. Service was fast, efficient and friendly. Plenty of parking available with a few disabled bays. Prices were ok but could do with being a bit cheaper.

Ridiculous ID check. I’m 32 and got turned away. So much for the “if you look like under 25”

It's a pretty good liquor shop. It's fairly big and has a wide range. It's not normally too busy so good if you want to buy one bottle or do a bigger shop. Prices are normally pretty reasonable but keep an eye for specials to get a bargain

If I could give it a zero I would, but I can’t so I give it a one. Yes granted the range of alcohol available is substantial but the customer service is absolutely disgusting! I actually work in retail and if any of my staff treated or spoke to a customer the way I was today I wouldn’t be allowing them to serve customers! Maybe some training with smiling or greeting people is needed!

Extensive range at good prices. Everything from $4 quaffers up to $500 (or more) vintages. Staff quite helpful and knowledgeable, although there don't seem to be many of them.

They have a great selection of wines, different to their competitors. If you like South African Reds they stock Nederburg. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.

If I could star ZERO I would. I ordered online on 9 Dec, we're now on 30th and my order has still not arrived. Customer service is a complete joke. NEVER NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Absolutely Over The Top about ID. Won’t be coming back!
I had my ID on me but my colleague who is 28 did not and I was not allowed to purchase my wine.
I get there are laws but if you want your customers to come back you need to have better judgement about how old they are.

Been coming here for years.until one day because I didn’t have my ID on me and they wouldn’t sell me a bottle of wine. Don’t know whether to take it as a compliment or not but I’m 38 years old.and was a regular customer.

Always happy to help, great prices, and a good selection of alcohol. Also love that you can redeem flyby points here too.

Good range even though they didn't have my preferred beer. Great selection of local and other wines. Helpful staff!
