First Choice Liquor Market Duncraig

Came to pick up the order and just realised that I forgot my wallet. Despite providing the email showing the order# the guy didn't want to give it to me without a photo ID. I even offered my wife to use her ID to pick it up instead. Although the surname and billing address is the same, he refused it. We are elderly and for sure the under-age wasn't the issue - purely poor service. Will think it twice to use that store for online shopping.

Should be allowed to use a digital copy of your ID because you are looking at my birthday making sure I am over 18 not if I have a hard copy or not

Spent $300 and when I asked politely if I could grab a cold carton the 2 women on click and collect eye rolled each other infront of me,
They must have had so many Customers ask them that, the will to be polite had left their bodies.that or my request was so insane they couldnt hide their disdain The answer was no btw
Note to FCL I generally prefer feelings of shame or embarrassment to happen AFTER i consume my alcohol

Staff are always friendly and helpful. They could of helped me pick a carton up off the floor but I never asked, which is probably my mistake.

Poor customer service. I browsed in the store before going to the counter for a click and collect. I was asked to wait aside while the person behind me got served! When I was finally served, there was no smile and no apology for the wait. Very disappointing.

Went in to buy my wife a nice bottle of plonk for her 50th birthday but staff decided I was buying it for my teenage daughter and refused to serve me despite me explaining who it was for. Typical overzealous moran staff barely out of short pants exerting there powers just because they can. If this is the case then there should be NO under 18s allowed in the store FULL STOP.
Surely to god commen sense should provale.

Open air fridge for domestic beer 6 packs is not kept at sufficient temp.
Then staff get all sookie if I open a carton from the walk in fridge to buy a cold 6 pack.

Great place to look for whisky and they have different varieties of Japanese whiskies. The only upshot is, the counter staff seems don't have any clue on how to make a transaction with a visa gift card. In addition, there was no attempt to even ask someone who might know how to make a visa gift card transaction. With that situation, it causes unnecessary inconvenience of which it could have been prevented.

Best independent bottle shop (or liquor store, for the Americanised). I enjoy craft beers and they have a great selection, and good pricing. Service is brilliant. Whenever I'm searching for something in particular, a staff member always comes over to give me a hand. Super friendly place.

Online order. Store didn't stock the product anyway despite advertised by First Choice but the click and collect people sent no notification. Cancelled order bought elsewhere.

My first visit to that store.very impressed, its a big shop. Excellent friendly service from the big dude with the beard.

Prices are way more expensive than dan Murphy's tried to do a price match for spirits online they wanted t c my dan murphys membership card which I didn't have even though I could log in online seemed all too hard by pass 1st choice & go straight t dan Murphy's l

Ussual First Choice Liquor store with a large choice, competent and knowledgeable staff and a number of well priced specials.

Knowledgeable staff, plenty of parking and freezers if you want your stuff cold.do not believe, we beat everyone prices, sometimes you can find better bargains and quality stuff here too.

A little disappointed that they do not keep Carlton cold cartons in the cool room, can only buy them warm by the carton

Biggest bottle shop I've seen outside of a Dan Murphy's, though pricewise the latter still remains undefeated. That said, this place has wide range of products so took advantage to get a scotch I'd never seen/heard before.and, the staffer i dealt with courteous and professional.
