First Choice Liquor Market Baldivis

Going into any liquor outlet at this time of year you expect it to be very busy, and it was, but the staff who were replacing the stock on the shelves as fast as it was going off the shelves did not show any level of stress, in fact they were very willing and smiling when helping the customers.

For the second time First Choice failed to honour their advertised special. Buy 6 single beers, excluding longnecks, and receive 25% discount. Not a chance! Having spent several minutes selecting 6 cans, they wrang up at full price with no discount applied, The tills had clearly not been programmed for the advertised offer.
There was then discussion among the staff as to whether the offer applied to craft beers. Yes it applied, the only restriction was on longbecks, not craft beer, hence I didn't select any Weihenstephener.
The two staff were incapable of working out the discount and started punching in random numbers well short of the advertised 25%.
I left in total frustration, went home and enjoyed a cup of tea.

So much for the 60 min click and collect at Baldivas, waited until the next day and had to call the helpline before I went to the store as 30km away. Went to store and order was there. Falcon are always within the 60 mins.

Been going here for 10 years. Service has been going down over the last few months. Went into the stall today There was no one around. Shop was empty. Didn't even see a staff member. I went to the liquor cabinet. Rang the bell then waited. Eventually I see a staff member come out of the beer fridge. The staff member didn't come and help. Instead stacked boxes at the back of the store. Never saw any other staff members

They have removed coopers mid ale 3.5 cartons from the cool room and can only be brought hot very inconvenient seem to have more designers beers in ther not all people like that type of beers. Hope our drive through opens soon can't wait

Jumped on my other account to rate your business another 1/5 due to the absolute horrendous service I was given. You didn't ask 4 people for ID then asked me and refused my service even though im a regular and over 25 years of age. Absolutely pitiful. You deserve a 1/5 plus 10 times. Disgusting service, I will never ever buy from you again and I've been a customer for 3 years. It's ashame you don't recognise customers and treat us like we are retards. I'll go to your competitor in the Baldivis shipping centre from now on as they respect and appreciate customers. Disgusted.

Horrendous experience. Lady served 4 customers and didn't ask for ID. Then she asked me for ID. Horrible experience considering I'm a regular customer. I will never buy alcohol from here again. Get a real.kob.know your customers. An absolute joke.

Easy, walked in showed them what I wanted on their website and they told me exactly where it was.

Always good selection of craft beers and Scotch. Could have a better selection of Cider to have all bases covered. Wine selection is good too, even though I am not much of a biff in that section lol

Tried to order on line click and collect but could not as products not available at baldivis very poor customer service why does any one bother, then said free delivery over certain price which mine was 3 times that amount but then wanted 6.75 payment extra very poor service!

Great customer service couldn't find my favourite pale ale. The bloke managed to find some from out the back and even helped carry stuff to the car. They always have really good pricing on Australian pale ales as well.

Seriously disappointed in the lack of spirits considering it is a bottle store that is called "First Choice"and only had 2 staff on on a Saturday at 5pm.it reminded me why I started going to Dan Murphy's

Big store, found a couple of wines here that I haven't been able to find before, namely St Hallett Riesling and at a good price

Wish staff was a virgin prompt with servic, also body odor from a male staff members was so bad I could even hold a conversation
