First Choice Liquor Bicton

We pass by regularly so stopping in to pick up an online order is easy, parking generally good. Prices generally good.

Rude staff. Nothing cold. Then debated over price matching. Told me I’m not entitled because I don’t have a flybys card, but do have a Dan murphys membership. BEYOND RUDE

I visited First Choice Bicton yesterday and was appalled at the complete indifference of the staff to customers. The passageway across the rear of the store was blocked by two pallets, a cardboard bin and a pallet trolley and 3 staff members debating where this or that should go. As we are from interstate and didn't know the layout we were left to wander around aimlessly looking for items. Our experience on checkout was no better with a rather sullen middle aged woman gi ving the least level of service she could, leaving us to find a box etc.
Had I not been a strong supporter of the Coles group I most certainly would have gone to Dan Murphy's just up the road.
Fortunately the Bicton store staff are not representative of the service we get from Sunbury, Bendigo, Sydney or in fact other stores in WA where we have shopped previously.

This store has a great selection of wine and spirits but lacking in the beer and definately the premix range. Extremely large shop with friendly and professional service. There is a a fair amount of parking available including disabled bays but can get a little congested at times. Drink specials are a little bit more than other retailers but you can find a bargain if lucky.

This store have friendly staff and price match specials from other stores. You can also use your flybuys card.

Impeccable service and an excellent range of fine wines and spirits.
Always a pleasure to visit.

Easy click and collect, parked in the 5 minutes click and collect parking near the entrance. Very empty at 8: 45pm went to the front, showed ID and picked it up. Too easy.

We used first choice to procure our wedding alcohol. The management were extremely helpful and gave us a great deal. I would highly recommend using first choice for large orders.

Really disappointed that first choice refused to honour pricing on their own website for Corona
I know if I make a mistake I own the mistake
Rather than hide behind “it’s allowed in the small print “
Won’t be shopping there again

Beer cooler empty hardly any carton of beers in there, but a whole stack of beers sitting on pallets outside the fridge for sale, now what's the point of that if you're looking for a cold carton,
Asked one of the staff members if they had the beer I was looking for, was disinterested, very unhelpful and unprofessional, you would think with Dan Murphy up the road they would be keen for your business, just another example of a big multinational company with take-it-or-leave-it attitude, last time for me there, give them a miss, shop elsewhere.

I stayed loyal to this booze store even after the arrival of competition in Ryan Murphy's, nice prices and choices of my favorite alixirs and tonics!

Advertised open until 9pm and closed at 8. Inside counting money and ignoring their customers. Shocking service. Not my first choice.

Staff know what their products are about great if like me you know nothing about wine. Prices are also good.

A great selection of beers and wines, but this has to be the most depressing place to work in Perth! I have been coming here for 7 years and 90% of the staff there are just downright rude! Have a beer and cheer up!
