I cannot find word to say how much I appreciate the good advice and support we have had received from Tim and all the staff at Financial Framework. We were originally referred to Tim by a friend with polar opposite views as to the purpose and importance of money, so we weren't sure if this would be a good fit for us. This view was unfounded. Tim's first priority was to get to know us, what we were interested in, what our dreams were, before learning about our financial situation. Our relationship has been based on working towards our dreams, with the financial security we need for our family in the future as well. Tim is very patient, coaching me through all my concerns and worries over the years with empathy, where someone else may have wanted to give up! During Covid and at other worrying times, he rang his clients, just to ensure that all was ok, and to remind us all that he was there if needed. Without him I doubt that we would have had the courage and confidence to take the financial steps required to make major changes to our lifestyle. Now, we have just retired early, and about to embark on a new life, thanks to Tim and Financial Framework.
