I’ve dealt with quite a number of car rental businesses in my time and can safely say that when it comes to the following, Karmo Perth are heads and shoulders above their competition:

1. Service - Faultless. Danny from Karmo Perth has repeatedly gone out of his way to accommodate my needs and ensure that I am happy. He’s always had my best interests in mind. Also, Laura came in on one of her days off to facilitate a car swap - this was certainly appreciated - thank you!

2. Price - There are a number of similar car subscription businesses here in Perth, but NONE are able to match Karmo in terms of daily car rental and insurance premium excess reduction pricing. They’re simply unbeatable IMO.

3. Product - I’ve had two cars through Karmo to date, and both have been in great condition with minimal kms on the dial. They have a great selection of cars to choose from at a number of different price points. An important point of difference here also - never have I been supplied with a base model car. Many other car rental/subscription companies will only get you into
base model cars - not Karmo!

I’ve found that it’s rare in the automotive industry to interact with a company that has their customer’s best interests at heart. Karmo deliver and I highly recommend speaking with them, should you be in the market for a long term car rental.

Danny was a lifesaver when he made sure to keep his word to find me a vehicle when I was desperate as Maven had shut down abruptly. I must Thank my friend Felix Kassem too who introduced me to Fido and put in a good word too. That was 3 Years ago and I have never had to look back since then even though in the last year I have been driving part time. The Fido/Karmo of handing you a brand new car and swapping it every 15K Kms is such a great initiative that my rating from 4.75 has gone all the way up to 4.99 since I started with Fido.
I take this opportunity to thank Danny, Neil and Lauren. Specially Neil for always being ready to oblige with my various requests sometimes wayward requests, and still sorted out.
I sincerely hope the supply shortage issues eases on Karmo and they are capable to cater to me and many more of the ride share drivers that are looking out for a vehicle. Thanks Guys and wishing Karmo Onwards and Upwards!

Karmo is a fantastic company to deal with for a rental car! It's an exceptionally professional organisation, with very competitive pricing for both the rental of cars & insurance options. Crucially, the organising & signing of an agreement was done both quickly and efficiently to ensure I was back on the road at short notice with all the vehicle documentation needed for rideshare work! Most importantly, they were easily to contact and responded to any initial/ongoing queries quickly through staff that are very friendly, helpful & supportive! Definitely 5 stars!

It’s always been a great experience to subscribe a vehicle with Karmo. Past 3 years have seen their continuous effort to bring customer the best experience in this industry. I have used their service twice and I can tell their are getting better and better. Danny, Neil, and Laura are great people who genuinely care about their clients and genuinely care about cars. I understand the chip shortage also means they are very tight in the stock, but it is worth being appreciated that they still control the price to a very fair extent. Fido car rentals helped me get onboard with Uber ride sharing quickly and smoothly. Everything was absolutely hassle free and I had the car with me in 15 minutes with all the Uber side documentation being taken care off by Fido. Neil is an awesome personality who made sure my car is ready to pickup on the day and time we decided and also guide me through the next processes. I have heard about bad experiences of my friends with other Uber rentals as they don’t support you throughout and leave you with the car despite you not being actively making money from Uber. Btw I started my Uber journey with a brand new 2021 car.

Been with the fido for a while. Almost 4months now, Danny and Neil are the best buddy to help you if u in need of cars while u are in Perth or car using for uber.with my experience I would like to recommend fido cheers.
