I had a 20-21 TAX return, including rental property.
This process was new and challenging for me; however, David and his team helped me through the process.
The administration staff can be challenging to understand due to their accent. However, the administration staff would either call back with a different person, e.g. David or try a different approach to communicate the message; I would like to point out that this is not criticism towards the team. They are accommodating.
I felt that the first TAX return draft needed improvements, so David booked a Zoom appointment with me to work through some of the issues, and we achieved a positive outcome.
I would recommend Femia Accountants as they are thorough and helpful.
