I was going to be on vacation when my parcel was going to be delivered so I phoned them to put it on hold. They answered right away and granted my request. When I went to pick it up it was no problems at all. Nice facilities at the Perth Airport location with plenty of parking (I was the only customer there anyway!) They frequently update you on the status of your parcel as well

Do not use. Poor package handling. Had speakers delivered from Europe. Box was soaked and piss poor attempt of repairing packaging upon delivery of goods. Customer service was very average.

Completely useless. Tried to mail off some documents and use a pre-paid return system. Told that this was not possible without a special FedEx account. Off to DHL I go.

I thought once I received my Tracking number I could track my package through all the different destinations. For four days I saw my package travel across the globe, then once it arrived in my Country and got to Customs a Rep called me and said the Package was empty, I have had no more info from FedEx since, their automated answering system is not efficient at all and if you do manage to talk to someone they say the person who is looking into your lost contents will call you and they never do

Very helpful staff! I came the day before my parcel was plan to my home address delivery to intercept it as I won't be there. They emptying the whole cage to find it. Many thanks!

I cannot fault you Fed Ex.fast, efficient and careful service not to mention prompt reply regarding a 2 hour window of when my parcel would be delivered so I didn't have to wait all day at home.thank you.

So an urgent delivery gets stuck in customs because the paperwork is mislaid in transit. You call the office and find they shut at 5 on Friday even though they advertise 6: 30. You call desperately at 4: 45 and the dude hangs up twice- great work FedEx. Hope you had a lot of fun ruining my daughters year

I am so disappointed. They charge one of the highest rates for delivery and when you ask them to redirect a parcel they even charge you more. Use DHL that is a better service by far

A lot of unwarranted whinging here. Fedex were extremely accomodating of me when a delivery was arriving when I was out of the country. I notified them the same day the boxes went on the truck for delivery and they were sent back to the depot before they even attempted delivery. I was allowed safe pickup of my *extremely* valuable items in a safe and secure manner. 5 stars from me.

Very disappointed with this expensive and absolute failure. I thought fedex had a good professional name but I was left waiting for 3 x 10 minute intervals in the empty front office and my specifally marked fragile parcel was destroyed in transit. Thanks douche-bags what a failure of a christmas present that was.

APPALLING I paid $86US for 3 day delivery; five days later Driver left me an authority to leave; so I completed it; next day the driver left a note saying they can't leave package, without a signature. 7 days later still don't have my package. Postal service half the price and faster. Still don't have my stuff. Call Centre can only keep repeating the phrase when will you be home.they don't understand the concept of working.not at home.

Disgraceful delivery drivers. Just because it was a Friday afternoon the driver decided not to deliver my parcel. It was cleared by the customs agent and they informed me it was with the driver. They promised the delivery to happen by the afternoon yet they never came. Tried to organize to pick up the item but can't due to it being in the delivery drivers vehicle. It was a crucial item required for the weekend as I am not always in the city. I will be demanding a full refund due to the fact of the disregard of the driver not caring due to the weekend starting. The driver should be fired and forces to reimburse the costs of my delivery. Do not use FedEx unless you want to make 10 calls a day to get a straight answer to why they cannot follow thru with a promised delivery time trying to use an excuse of the customs hold up which was no issue at all. This happens quite often with their drivers on a Friday and do not offer weekend delivery or pickup due to it being in the delivery vehicle which does not offer any security.

Never on time and don't follow delivery instructions - making retrieving the package far more convoluted that ever. Why don't all shipments go through DHL. Cull FedEx.

Very bad service in Australia. They give you a range of hours they can deliver like from 9am to 5pm and you have to stay home if you want your stuff, otherwise they won't take responsibility for the package. No way they short the range.

Delivery driver came to deliver a parcel today, refused to take it out the van as it was "too heavy and hurt his back last time" and wanted myself- female to take it out myself. When i told him if its that heavy why is he not provided equipment necessary to lift and manovour without injury, just moaned and said would come back tomorrow with someone else. This is such poor service ane the parcel better be redelivered tomorrow with the correct tools! Dont see why the female customer should lift something herself when the products states its 35kg on the box.

When you ring they say they need the tracking number to know why they couldnt use a brain this morning to know its heavy and require something to help the guy get it off. Do you not do mannual handeling or are you all just really that dumb?

Amazing helpful staff. Fast delivery getting my parcels from America to Australia in under a week unlike everywhere else that takes weeks! Very efficient, know what their doing, kind, understanding of any problems.
