Courtney is a very good physio professional. She is communicative, gentle but firm. Explanations are good and clear.

The Pilates classes are great and my recent physio appointment was excellent, giving me almost immediate relief of a very sore back. All the girls at Featherstone are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended!

I’ve got to agree with all these other folks giving 5 star reviews. While in Perth I was looking for a Pilates studio and saw this “physio Pilates” studio and decided to give it a try. Wow the benefit from taking a class with a physio Pilates instructor really impressed me. As someone who has really only taken regular mat Pilates or reformer classes I didn’t know what to expect but I learned much more about proper form and muscle control and even received lots of tips and pointers from the instructors after class, which was almost like have my own physio appointment! Everyone is very kind and excited to help. Lovely studio!

I have just completed a personalised program for a painful shoulder injury that I've had for over 15 years. Having confirmed what the issue was by Ultrasound, and then having 1 on 1 physio to remedy the issue, doing the suggested exercises 6 days a week for 6 weeks at home every morning, has completely healed my shoulder injury. No more pain, flexibility, and the joy in being able to move freely again is beyond words to describe. Thank you Sarah and your amazing team for the gift that you have given me. Very skilled physio. Jess did a comprehensive assessment and examination related to my knee problem. Provided advice on how to manage functional aspects (stairs), exercises like lunges and also provided a program to strengthen the knee. Highly recommended.

My experience at Featherstone has been quite life changing. Instructors and Physio's are totally invested in you and your goals.
I have been attending Featherstone for just under 12mths to try and improve my spinal mobility and reduce pain and the results have been astounding.
Pain is gone, I have grown a centimeter in height and now have movement in my shoulders and thoracic spine.

Excellent physiotherapists and pilates mat classes. I have been coming to Featherstone for years and I would highly recommend everyone here. The staff are amazing, the mat classes are fabulous and the remedial massage therapist gives one of the best massages I have ever had. Thanks guys
