Feather Touch Brows

Michelle is the best in the business! I was really scared to have my brows tattooed, even though they were quite sparse and uneven and needed help - I was just hesitant in them looking like the obvious fake tattoo's. I made appointments and then cancelled them before, freaking out. I finally took the plunge and asked her to go very lightly and naturally and not too much.
I LOVED them. When I returned for my follow up appointment, I told her to go nuts and do what she felt they needed and I trusted her. I always get compliments on my brows.
I've got 99 problems, but my brows are not one!

Michelle does an excellent lash enhancement and is warm and caring to her clients. Everything is explained thoroughly and she makes you as comfortable as possible through the procedure with fabulous results.

I have known Michelle since 2015 when she first gave me the gift of feather touched brows! I have never looked back and am beyond thrilled every time I return for maintenance. I had my eyebrows tattooed by Michelle and within 6 weeks the ink was completely gone. I tried booking in many times for my touch up appointment to which was not available but I had already paid for. I tried contacting her through multiple emails, messages on social media and not once did I get a response. After the amount of attempts I made to book in with her I realised she is very unprofessional and not worth another dollar of my money which you could see with the result of my feather touch brows. Not 1 single stroke of hair was visable. Biggest waste of $550! I wouldn't recommend this lady to anyone.

It is with huge disappointment that I review you again Michelle. I was one of your first clients. I gave you a glowing review because when I had my initial treatment I was stoked. I had spent years putting eyebrows on because medications I was taking meant my brows didn’t grow. Little did I know that in time you would just keep me returning for touch ups even though colour was practically non visible after my 1st initial touchup. You had me believe that it could be the skincare I was using. I changed that & still no difference. You then said some people take longer to adapt to the pigment. I put my faith in you, returning albeit not understanding why you continue to say that colour will eventually build. What I realise had been happening as I stupidly return for touch ups, is that you’ve been going deeper & deeper into my dermis & as I had no idea, you are the expert in Microbladding, you’ve actually left me with tattooed brows! You are supposed to give feather touch strokes! What I realise after lots of research is that I was NEVER an ideal candidate for microblading as I have oily skin. You should have known this from the start & you should have given professional advice. You never did. Pretty annoyed that in order for me to return to nice eyebrows I will need to have three sessions at removal. Quite annoyed at your reasons & excuses & absolute lack of professionalism. Someone said to me why did I keep returning? I believed your word & believed that if you felt you were not giving me the results I was paying for, that you would have integrity & advise me. You were giving me discounts for my touch ups because I had met you at a training course. I can’t see why you just didn’t say stop coming it’s not working. It’s not as though you were making a lot of money other than my initial $600 outlay? You waited til June 2019 to say you think I should try a new treatment you were providing called Ombré. How could I trust you now? I blame myself obviously because I am an adult & I kept believing in you! I just hope you have the decency & professional integrity to make your clients aware!

I've had my eyebrows done my Michelle twice now. I'm booking in again. She's well experienced and does an amazing job! I also just read the review below and FYI lady, some skin types don't hold the ink as well as others. Some areas of my eyebrows didn't hold as well as the rest but you're told that before you start the appointment so this shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. Some people are just lacking in common sense.

Please beware that your eyebrow tattoos may not look like the photos on this business’s Facebook page. My friend who has posted photos of her eyebrows on Feather Touch Brows Page paid $800 for her enhanced eyebrows. She is so disappointed and distraught over the results that she hasn’t been able to eat since they were done. Michelle has invited her in to talk through the problem but has asked her to pay a further $50 for this consultation. She feels so let down and now has to pay $600 to have the eyebrow tattoos removed, on top of the initial $800, and then will have to pay again to have them re done. One eyebrow is higher than the other and Michelle suggested that one of her ears is lower than the other (which isn’t the case) and that’s a good reason for having metal framed spectacles so that they can be twisted. The colour is all wrong (burgundy instead of the colour that she asked for) and there is no feathering, in fact, my friend feels like she’s wearing a pair of worms on her face and is embarrassed to go out. Surely Michelle, you could at least put up the $600 for the removal of your disfiguring work. So potential clients beware that your new brows may look nothing like those advertised in the photos on this site, in fact, I wonder if they are even photos of Michelle’s work at all.

UPDATE, 9th April, I HAD MY 1ST TATTOO REMOVAL AT IBROWS AT A COST OF $300.00 TO ME.
1 to 2 more are needed.
I've tried to communicate with feather touch brows and after the 1 message back from Michelle, there is no responsibility or help offered. Consumer protection have taken my complaint to establish communication.

I've payed $800.00, for a rubbish tattoo.
I showed Michelle the colour and shape I wanted.
She said, "the shape is easy and you could match your ink to my pencil".
The eyebrow tattoo I have, is wrong.
(1). It's the wrong shape, it's not what I asked for.
(2). Michelle failed to match the colour to my pencil. The colour you have tattooed on dosnt suit me.
The photos on your fb page are great, but in real life my eyebrows look nothing like what u claim is your work. My tattoo looks like it's 10 yr old, it's chipping out, there not even the same shape. WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU MARKING SKILL.
I'm disgusted that you simply walk away and I'm alarmed you did this so easily.
If $800.00 isn't enough to achieve a decent tattoo with u, then no amount of money will improve your work.
I'm the only 1 to state what u charge
$800.00 + extra 50.00 +50.00 +50.00 + + + until u get it right.

I expressed my concerns about shape and colour, after the 1st session, you said, 2nd fixes that all.
It didn't. It got worse
MY pictures on YOUR fb page show just what a tattoo from u is like.
Your customer service response is to ignore my concerns and inform me of more charges.
Michelle, When u let down and disrespect another person, you do the same to yourself. Maybe ur too young to be able to take responsibility for what u have done.
You have lied and cheated and your too afraid to engage in a conversation because how can u explain this. THERE DIFFERENT SHAPES.
My thyroid Cancer was easier to go through.
It was cut out by professionals and no further treatment needed.
Your tattoo cost me $800.00
I was very clear on the shape that suits my face, now to remove this is 600.00 +.
Then after my skin heals, I have to pay for a tattoo.
Your silence speaks volumes and I hope my speaking up like this will save many people from you and your aftercare.
The thing I did wrong was not stopping when my friends said STOP.instead I told u my concerns and u made it worse.
You never gave me a receipt for the $800.00 cash and I never received anything by email from u.
I would love to meet 1 of the many clients that claim ur wk is so good.

Michelle not only does amazing work but is a delightful person.so happy with my brows - worth every penny!
