Fatty Arbuckles Hair Artistry & Lather Lounge

I have been going to this wonderful salon for nearly 2 years now and have never looked back. I have very curly hair and left it long because I didn't trust anyone to do a good cut after many disappointments. That all changed when my daughter booked me in to Fattys and wow! I wish I had found them a long time ago. The lovely Annette listened to my concerns and ideas and I ended up with the most brilliant short haircut that is so easy to maintain not to mention the fantastic and relaxing experience in the lather room. Massage chair, great head massage, hot towel wrap and warm eye patches. Move forward nearly 2 years and my experiences have been the same.fantastic. I feel very comfortable right from when I walk in the door, the staff are very warm and welcoming and I leave feeling a million dollars. I regularly get compliments from people even strangers in the supermarket needless to say I have found my hairdresser for life and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I really enjoyed my blow dry experience at Fatty Arbuckles. I felt really taken care of and heard. My hair is not easy to blow dry and drops quickly, this was taken into account and my hair looked fabulous all night. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I would give them more stars if I could. I had a very long appointment to take my DIY bleached hair (now yellow and orange) to an even lighter bleached hair and to finally get the colour I've always wanted (ash blonde). It was totally worth it! I couldn't be happier. I also got the best hair cut ever for short hair. I will be frequenting here to get treatments and maintaining this shade of hair colour. Highly recommend to all asian black hair folks who want that ash blonde!

I recently got a haircut, and it was such a great experience! Mel, my hairstylist, was super patient, and she paid fantastic attention to detail. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and made sure every snip was just right. Mel's care and skill made me feel really comfortable.
Before the haircut, I enjoyed a fantastic hair wash from Lauren, and she gave me the most amazing head massage ever. It was so relaxing and felt incredibly luxurious.
Overall, my trip to the salon was fantastic. Mel's expertise, attention to detail, and Laura's awesome head massage made it a really special visit. I left the salon not only feeling refreshed but also with a fantastic new haircut that I love. I can't wait to go back!

After this throw in the brushing ritual, warm eye pillow and relaxing environment and you’re blissed out in no time.
Being a new client Tori made me feel relaxed, actively listened to the idea I had in mind and then absolutely nailed the haircut!
I’ve been looking for a hairdresser for some time and took a chance booked last minute and I am so glad I did!

The team at Fatty Arbuckles did such an amazing job with my hair. They were upfront about costs prior to the appointment, their salon is comfortable, and every member of the team was lovely. So happy with the results.

One thing to note is parking isn't the easiest. I could inly get a ticket for 3 hours at a time and when I hit the 3 hour mark my hair was full of foils. Thankfully they had a team member go out to my car and get me a new ticket.

This visit to get my hair cut was amazing. Mari was fantastic and did a brilliant cut. The chair at the basin was truly awesome, it massaged you while you got your hair washed. I would highly recommend this salon.

I did not have a good experience here. There was no communication, I did not get the hair cut I asked for. I was not included in the experience of what I wanted for my hair. Was constantly interrupted while I was there. The product that was used for a treatment left me with an itchy sore scalp for over a week. I have not had such a bad experience at a hairdresser. Left feeling really ripped off and not having what I wanted in a hair cut. This salon is more interested in selling you products you don't need and doesn't include you in the hair you want. I'm really unhappy with this haircut and the treatment and customer service I received.

The entire Fatty Arbuckles team are welcoming, fun and treat you like family. I have been coming here for a little while now and cannot recommend them highly enough. My hair has never been healthier or looked better, and I am always looking forward to my next appointment. Personal shout out to Tori & Mel who do nothing short of artistry. Even my fiancé now attends for regular pampers! Worth every single cent, 10/10!

I had an amazing experience with Mel this morning and walked out with the best haircut I've had in my life! The salon has a great atmosphere and I won't be going anywhere else to have my hair done from now on!

The ladies were absolutely wonderful. It was the most relaxing blow dry experience I have had in a while. And to top it off, it lasted for days.

When you can walk into a hairdresser full of confidence you know you are at the right place. This was my 5th visit at Fatty Arbuckles and as usual I came out with a smile. Getting my very curly hair cut by the lovely Annette, the lather room experience, massage chair, hot towel, wonderful head massage and the heavenly smell of their products is the best. Fantastic salon. Always a great relaxing experience from the minute you step into the salon. Staff are very talented and friendly from the hair wash to leaving the salon. Annette and Justin are brilliant cutters, stylists,
they listen and know exactly what you want. Just love this salon.

I love my hair cut they were very professional and experienced. I have very difficult thin and fine hair and they were able to assist not only with a style but showed me when at home easy ways to style.the staff were lovely.very good experience all round.highly recommend
