Worst courier service that you can ever use, always delay on delivering, always have to contact them to get something delivered, if you aren't checking they are keeping it! I highly recommend going for Auspost rather than this rubbish company.

I've had the unfortunate "pleasure" of 2 different deliveries which got handed off from other couriers to Aramex and was very lucky that I received either of them given that the parcels were just chucked randomly into my yard, in one case with no communication whatsoever. No meaningful tracking and no meaningful way to contact customer support. Fortunately my neighbours aren't the thieving sort.

Hopeless! I have my wedding invites sitting in Melbourne as per tracking since 10/10, I called twice an advised 1st call can’t find parcel an will get back to me with information- no call back, 2nd call advised can take 10days to leave Melbourne but can’t advise when it will leave an then another 10days to get to Perth as it goes road! Even by road shouldn’t be more than 4days. Absolute joke! If I was the sender, I would never use this company! Very disappointed especially when I paid extra for 6-9days delivery-22days after it has left the supplier, I can’t get any information!

They delivered part of my garden shed. The driver said there were only 2 packages. It clearly stated, 3/3. We got 1/3 and 3/3. I cannot understand why 2/3 was missed. They then told me 2/3 left later yet the company I brought the shed from said 3/3 sent. I'm still waiting for 2/2. Not good communication.

Worst courier company ever. My package took 2 weeks to arrive Perth Depot from Sydney, then sit in the Depot for a week, even I called a couple of times and requested urgent delivery.
They just don’t care about customer service. Please don’t use Aramex.

Once again unable to deliver How hard is it to the job you are being paid for I Do hope whoever owns this company looks into fixing the issues or Closes the business down

We use Aramex often for local deliveries. 95% of them are timely and have no problems. My local driver who collects my parcels daily is fantastic, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, when we had issues earlier in the year the customer service was none existent. They were regularly missing pickups, deliveries were delayed and no one was able or willing to help me. I am hopeful after the last 2 or 3 months of minimal issues, that maybe things are picking up now.

Have bought a fair amount of things on eBay and have to say I cringe when I see these guys as the courier. Firstly their "tracking" isn't tracking as I basically get 3 updates, one saying information has been provided, next it is getting sorted and a delivery notice (not to mention they have marked it as delivered before it actually has been delivered). If that's all that is shown makes it very difficult to track especially when I can almost guarantee packages are a week late at minimum where I am.

Changing the company name and trying to rebrand clearly hasn't changed a thing. If you want to improve, actually read and use feedback and don't post generic replies which is probably infuriating people who have already had a frustrating experience. It has gotten to the stage anytime i see Amarex as the courier i start assuming i should order another because im likely not to get it when i actually need.

Don’t use them. They don’t
1. Delivered on time
2. Tracking parcel is useless
3. No point calling, they don’t pick up

WORST ever, really need minus star rating.

Fastway is now Aramex. Just hope and pray Aramex can rectified the old Fastway bad customer services.

Update; last two deliveries by Aramex been spot on. Tracking numbers actually work, they emailed me prior to delivery and yep exactly on the day and ahead of schedule by a week (parcel coming via QLD and intended delivery schedule 5th Oct).

Apalled at the nonchalance of customer care whilst investigating a 2 week delivery delay. WhatsApp customer service is condescending, passive aggressive and deflective with "assistants" hiding behind the anonymity of the app. Worst courier service in Australia bar none. Avoid.

Parcel sat idle for 2 weeks, I made contacted to be told it will get to Perth when it gets there.
The parcel was already 2 weeks late.
I contacted them again today after tracking the parcel to see that it is in Perth and the parcel is undeliverable?
They told me I will have to wait for it to go out on the next delivery which could take up to 5 days, I asked if I could pick up the parcel I was told that I could and to wait for a text and email then I can go collect, I had been waiting 4 hours, no text or email, again I make contact to be told you’ll need to just wait until you get the text, I have now been waiting 6 hours for this text and still nothing! I’ve never had such a stuff with any other freight company!

Order 2 small engine parts off ebay from over east for my repair business for a customers broken down machine been over 30 days since they have arrived have called twice asking for why my parts were sent back to sydney as soon as they arrived in perth emails dont get responded too and call centre never calls back massive let down to my business and customer

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This has to be the worst delivery service I have EVER used. I have had the unfortunate experience of using them twice and BOTH times there has been extended delays in delivery, no updates with tracking and extremely poor communication and customer service. The first time I used their service the package never turned up after being promised "it is being delivered today" every day for nearly 2 weeks. The current parcel hasn't had any updates for over a week. I've tried to contact them through their website, Facebook messenger and calling and there was no response on any. It's a joke! No company or consumer should use this service.

Parcel pick ups left all day on my doorstep on numerous occasions. Only to be told it had no access by driver when gates were open and walk through gate unlocked. Disappointed with the Belmont courier driver.
Your happy to take our money. How about you put it towards more drivers in this busy COVID-19 times and driver training.

Large package of wheels and tyres came from over east to Perth in 3 days. For anything in WA, thats lighting. Showed up a day early, and I had just stepped out. I called and the driver came back. Not many couriers do that. What can I say, thats fantastic service. Great experience.

If I could clone my local Welshpool Aramex guy Alex I would. I have used them daily for local same city business deliveries for the last year and he has always gone over and above to be sure I get the best service. Any issues and he sorts them quickly. I use a lot of other carriers for my business and thanks to Alex, Aramex is by far the best.

They should be called Slowway. No wonder they had to change their name, because Fastway is clearly misleading and false advertising. My order was estimated to arrive by the 19 of August, it is now the 2nd of September.

As mentioned in other reviews, this is not a recent issue but one that has been going on for years. Just this evening the courier is attempting to drop off a parcel at a very inconvenient time, you'd think they would be able to leave a card and just drop the parcel at a local pickup location right? But no, my only options seem to be A) Wait for a phone call and rush downstairs during the busiest time of night for me, which is highly disruptive to my family, or B) Travel to an inconvenient location of their depot. Why is every other delivery company able to drop to a local chemist /other store?

Reception said that they had delivered my product.
Did not receive. Usually I would get a tracker number and an email on the day as previous service. This product, only got a tracker and NO EMAIL. Very disappointed with your service. O KNOW AND YOU KNOW YOU DID NOT DELIVER MY PRODUCT!

I’m very disappointed with this company, they broke one of my deliveries and the seller had to send it again. They always late. The drivers don’t reply and the only office in Perth is close to the airport. The website is useless and the chats too. I give them one stars but they get 0.
