Fantasy Nails

Had a shellac pedicure today 26/09/23 1/2 my toes were not touched prior painting, except for cutting too short, nails not filed into shape. No massaging of legs, cream was put on and rubbed off. Led dryer not once was left, to run the timer down And was left to do it myself at the end as she dashed off to the bathroom and didn’t come back whilst I was still there. Person next to me waiting, with her feet in the water, dried her feet and left as she wasn’t happy with the way my feet were treated.

Absolutely smashed what I asked for with my inspo pic and talked me through the process assuring me she would fix anything if I wasn't happy which is amazing as I've had some really hit and miss appointments lately going to different salons. She didnt need to fix anything, I actually like mine better than the pic I showed her. I'll be sticking with this salon for sure, thank you!

This is the first time I have walk out of a nail place and cried. They were rude.they kept bringing the wrong colour after I had selected it and you can blame language barrier on that. I was so frustrated I said let me just pay im going. I had three nails painted the wrong colour and they charged me $50 so I could just leave. I thought this place had problems because it's always empty

Don’t bother wasting your money or time I went in Saturday 26-11-22 for a manicure I had a ball later that arvo was not happy when I left one of my nails was crooked and as I was driving through out the day I noticed nail was cracked and now I have 2 more that have cracked and ones already about to fall off I paid $75 and only got them done 2 days ago I went back in on the Saturday when I noticed the crack I wanted a refund but they told me no we don’t do refunds and offered to fix it for me I said no I don’t have time I have a ball on this shouldn’t of happened I paid $75 the lady’s were very rude to me in front of other customers speaking there language kept saying ohh refund laughing.being in the beauty industry myself. When you have an unhappy client they’re entitled to a refund, especially when you mess up their nails and done a bad job. No one should pay $75 and not get there moneys worth this was only 2 days ago and my nails are already cracking and falling off
horrible customer service.

The Salon service is a very good, the staff are nice, highly recommended to coming and trying it.

I was going to get them done yesterday, no one was there and it seemed closed when on the website it said they were open. This was on a Sunday and I might be going again today. What are the actual opening times?

I used to go to Professional Nails Joondalup but started going to Fantasy nails Wanneroo the last 8 months. Never once had a bad pedicure and when I had manicures it was all great.
The staff are so friendly and extra service of a free tea or coffee while being pampered is wonderful. Plus it's cheaper than Professional nails is an added bonus.

I would strongly recommend people NOT to go to this nail salon. Me and 4 family members had pedicures last week and all of our feet our bits. Each toe is cut open and bleeding I’ve not been able to run since I had it done. Really bad and terrible nails also the varnish came off us all within 3 days. Very bad.

Been here before some time back & had pedicure done too, it was alright. Sadly, the experience I had today (07.02.19) was really unsatisfying, very disappointing. First set of nails painted by 1 lady, not even painted the proper way. Some of the side of some nails weren't painted at all, there were stains of the nail polish left on the sides of most of my nails too, didn't even bothered to clean up & just left me there to wait. It seemed to me she was in a rush to go for her dinner break. She was also sighing in front of me a couple of times while doing my nails, which honestly, not professional at all. I had to tell the other lady who was doing my Mum, so she removed everything & re-done another set for me, which was all much better. Waited for good 10 - 15 mins to let it dry as it was normal nail polish & when the lady (the first lady who did my nails set the start) removed the toes separator, she just literally pulled it off without much care. Ended up, destroying the polish on 1 of the nail, so she again gotta re-do that particular nail for me. I've to sit here wait all over again. They don't even bother to come check & tell me if I'm ready to go, honestly I'll not think of going back again. Not worth the money spent for such service & work!

Do NOT waste your time or more importantly your money.
This is the 5th time visited here to have a pedicure and normally ok
Today I asked for a pedicure, toenails painted and fingernails painted.
Blind Freddy could have done a better job.
No apology when I complained what a shoddy job, and then told that eftpos not available and have to pay cash.
I do not carry cash so told to go to Coles and get cash out there!
Lucky I am honest as I went off and did some shopping and returning about 40mins later with the cash.
Will definitely NOT be giving them any further custom.

As soon as I got home. I got acrylic but for some reason they all pointed up instead of laying flat (never seen anything like it) as I left the girl said to come back if I had any problems but felt it was my own fault for not speaking up.
