Fantastic Furniture

Great mattress for our kids bunk bed, the team were helpful when we collected and easy to transport in the box the mattress came in

So sad even though my purchase was below 200.00 the lady treated me with contempt I asked about a product she asked me which one i was talking about so i had to walk back and tell her which one. She didnt even both to come and see and my husband bought in a trolley and was told no go around back. No friendliness to point of being rude. My husband who is deaf couldn't understand why he had to go around back so I quickly went after him.
She said to me are you going past red dot you could take the trolley
Not again.

Just dealt with these guys. Good service, was left alone to mix match and pick what we wanted. When we needed assistance they were courteous and helpful.

Staff are grim. No smile, no welcome, actually no greeting at all. Add that onto being Slow to be served (for no obvious reason). One metal stool was all I wanted. Whole process took 45mins. Geez. Recommendation: don’t come here unless you have plenty of time to wait around for no reason.

We upgraded all of our living and dining furniture from Fantastic Furniture in Rockingham. The staff were incredible and also gave us the option to slowly make payments until our delivery date, rather than having to pay in full. When our furniture arrived there was a small stain on the arm of one of the couches. We emailed Fantastic Furniture Customer Care and they responded promptly. They apologised and have arranged for another couch to be delivered to us. We have never had such a positive experience. I cannot recommend Fantastic Furniture enough.

DO NOT BUY HERE. Ordered a double bed for my daughters birthday and was told bed would be 3-4 weeks has now been 8 weeks and still waiting and being told it could be 8 more weeks for some parts. Absolutely ridiculous wait times and poor business. Only solution offers after waiting 8 weeks was we can give a refund.
First told it would be august, then told September, now being told oct-November for some parts. Not good enough Fantastic furniture. Stop using covid as an excuse every other business has adapted to these times. Waiting 4 months total for a bed that I was initially told 4 weeks for Really! SHOP ELEWHERE.

Tanya from Dudley Park fantastic furniture was a absolute star. Went above and beyond, friendly and informative. Not pushy, knowledgeable and just nice. Found more stock for us and put us in touch to the store in Cannington who Took it from there. 2 other staff members just on the phone busy but Tanya took care of us and the other customers with ease. Rockstar staff member.

Good variety of furniture, nice people but if you can't supply it for 2 months what's the point?

It came but the wardrobe is falling apart and the wood (which is not wood) snapped under normal condition. The bed was unable to support a child.

I cannot fault this shop. Over the last year we have had items from Fantastic furniture and 2 other furniture stores. By far, FF came out top, their customer service in store is delightful, so helpful, friendly and professional. The delivery guys were so good, helpful and happy! They were the quickest to get the items, they all had to order them due to covid. The quality of the items were pretty good for such low prices. Thank you to Lisa and the rest of the staff for your outstanding work!

I bought the furniture and waited for the delivery of the other part, but they did not contact the customer even though they received they other part of the furniture. In the situation already two weeks have passed.
I'm still curious about why didn't tell me when the goods arrived.
I waited for the mobile call and the message in 2 weeks, so they said they had already sent it. But I haven't received anything, and it's amazing who got my mobile call and message instead.
It seems that you should aim for more friendly customer service in 2021!

Fantastic furniture is just that. The delivery guys, not fantastic. The mattress was damaged during delivery. I phoned the store & they promptly replaced it, delivered by Steve. Thankyou Steve & all the staff in the Mandurah store. WE'LL BE BACK.

Quite busy, disappointing that everywhere nowadays including this place is taking 4to6 weeks to have anything available.

My daughter had to charge her phone as it was flat when we got their. The lovely counter customer service lady was so nice to charge it for my daughter so she could pay for her table and chairs and pick them up the same time. Great work

I purchased two large item's from here. They were both inexpensive, uncomfortable and poorly constructed. I recommend saving up and buying elsewhere.
