I am extremely satisfied with the products I purchased from Funtastic Furniture. The quality of the items is commendable considering the price, and I have encountered no problems with them so far. Furthermore, I must applaud their exceptional customer service, which was attentive and helpful throughout my shopping experience.

Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Kasey today. And what can I say! This girl needs a raise. She was so helpful. So informative and couldn't not of been happier to answer my questions! You will have all my business from now on?

Absolutely disgusted with the lack of how to schedule timings.you asked what day I wanted delivery, I picked 7/7/2023 and needed to take a day off work to be here for delivery,
was advised 1 day before of delivery of time.
First set of timing was 1.45 to 3.45pm. (Goods didn't arrive)
on checking LIVE APP advised delivery 4.15pm to 6.15pm.
LIVE APP updated again now 4.30pm to 6.30pm.then @ 4.06 pm get a call from delivery guy saying he will be at my place at 5 pm. (Delivery arrived 4.49 pm)
You store is only 6.1 km from my home you charge $59.00 for delivery.you have just cost me $310.88 day's work.
If you're having issues with your computer system and 1 too many irate customers best, you spend some money on up grading your system. Stop using computer glitches as an excuse as you are a multi-million-dollar company, and we don't live in a 3rd world country. Lift your game Fantastic Furniture.

Many options of furniture in reasonable price range. Felt better for office storage furniture and beds in medium price range. Staff are friendly and the shop has heaps of parking space. For online orders, the collection area is behind the building through the public road.

Purchased Havana Table. Nothing fitted as it was supposed too. Took hours to assemble. Do not Purchase this product.absolute cheap rubbish!

If not absolute hell. At one point even lost my order.

My sons father drove all the way from Gero on a Thursday night to pick up our sons bed. Their website said open until 8pm, got there at 7 pm but alas when they got there the shop was closed. A real inconvenience, update your website.

Happy to sell you stuff but the communication between them and the delivery team is poor, nine phone calls and my items are still not delivered, credit the helpful guy yesterday who tried but still no delivery

Has some good value furniture options. Some flat pack furniture options which keeps the price down a bit, but needs self assembly at home.

The staff definitely lived up to the store name! We were very impressed by the attitude and advice from the staff on the shop floor and also the warehouse out at the rear.

Massive thank you to Daniel who helped me over the phone today get my item delivered same day due to me needing it for work. I really appreciate it mate!

Excellent facilities, good public golf courses, hire equipment is good quality. Well stocked Pro shop. Refurbished facilities now open and look great. Bar food was excellent and good value

Variety of furniture and usually have good sales. It is cheap stuff though. You get what you pay for in terms of quality and durability

Brought a cabinet for me bedroom and the quality was extremely good. Much better than Ikea. Added a wave decal. Looks amazing.

Staff were helpful as and friendly. However not impressed with their online advertising on their web site. Gives a price but shows 5 different lamps. The assumption is that all 5 are the same price. But this is not the case. Some lamps are almost double the price when you get to the store.

In March 2021 I bought two Memphis entertainment units, they had an estimated delivery date of the 1st of August 2021.
Just before the delivery date I rang to ask for an update when they were going to deliver.
I was advised that they had been delayed by a few weeks which meant they should have arrived in the early part of September
Then I received another phone call to say that they've been delayed even further to the middle of October.
I do understand with kovid and lockdowns that things do get delayed.
Today being the end of September I rang and asked for for another update on the delivery and have now been advised it's the middle of November
That means this product has now taken 8 months to arrive assuming that it gets here in the middle of November
It's very frustrating that there is such a delay
when you go to buy one online today it tells you there is a 9 to 10 week wait to get it I hope that's not the case with my TV units that are coming.

After 228 days they have finally arrived.
And now that it has arrived. It is chipped in numerous places and the cam locks don't fit very well

Worst online service ever! Bought an item without instruction booklet, I have been chasing for it for almost a month now! I still haven’t heard anything back.

Daniel from Fantastic furniture Joondalup was absolutely awesome to deal with. He was friendly, prompt and always called back. Overall I had a great customer service experience with him. Highly recommend.
