Fantastic Furniture

If it’s not available in the store don’t bother buying it.
Bought a mattress and was told it was not in stock and they’d have it delivered to the store in up to 7 days time. We were moving house so this time frame was fine as we were hiring a big Ute which we hired for 10 days. I called the shop 6 days post purchase for an ETA only be told it’s still at the distribution centre and that they “probably just missed the order”. We called back at the 10 day mark (at this point we’ve had to return the Ute we had hoped to transport it on and we now have to pay for delivery) mattress still at the distribution centre, the lady we spoke to said she’d try sort it out for us and called us to say she’s managed to book it on the Thursday truck (12 days after purchase), we ask to book delivery but are told this can only be done when the mattress arrives in store. 4: 45pm Thursday WE call and the mattress has been delivered to the store but getting it delivered to our house will take another week. Pretty disappointed to go 3 weeks without a mattress that we were supposed to get in “up to 7 days”

Went to Fantastic furniture in Cockburn and got want I needed however the lady who serves us seems like she doesn't want to be there. Very bad customer service and unfriendly. Clare W please next time try to be nice so you guys get lots of sales.

My money was taken out twice then was told I would have to wait for my money to come back as it was pending? Then was then told I could not have a receipt or goods dispute showing my online bank as paid twice, as they could not see it on their system, I was in store three and a half hours before it was sorted. Staff do not know what they are doing and am in the process of writing a formal complaint. Avoid this shop and check your transactions.

Shout out to Jackson & team for assisting me with a large purchase today. The team were friendly and knowledgeable regarding their products. Would definitely recommend this location for all your furniture needs!

Bought a drake modular couch after trying it in store. Good value for money, 5 seat modular for $1200. Easy to put together, just clips together (doesn't sit completely flush). And the estimated 7-9 week wait time only ended up being 3-4. Previous research on their website reviews mentioned the couch cushions sliding out, I've only experienced this happen with the chaise portion of it but this should be an easy fix with some sort of anti slip mat

Do note that delivery is only just that, they don't help unpack or set up your furniture. Thought it would be something similar to the service that was provided when we bought a fridge and washer from retravision and they helped unpack/install and take away the rubbish. Nonetheless, still a solid piece of furniture, can't complain

Terrible customer service Have had numerous delivery date changes only notified when I’ve actually contacted the store to enquire. I understand that there have been transport issues Australia wide. Nearly two weeks past the latest delivery reschedule now. When I called to asked if there is going to be any follow up on this I was simply told no! If I hadn’t purchased other items in this range I would cancel the order. Item was ordered in December 21, lack of interest is testing my patience. Wouldn’t purchase from them ever again or recommend to anyone

I purchased almost a thousand of dollars worth of their product only to be treated poorly by their delivery person. Very rude.

Good prices but too loose with the truth when it comes to delivery deadlines. "In distribution center" becomes "next container on the way to distribution center, " then delivery cancelled because of public holiday, then postponed by two weeks because it's regional etc etc and the excuses go on and on. It's two months and we still haven't seen our couch, sort it out guys.

And 10 Stars for awesome service for Isabelle, who managed to arrange a 2 seat replacement sofa in place of the 3 seat which would not fit in the room, with just one call it was all sorted

Very unhelful and difficult to deal with. Takes days for a reply after no answer from the store.

Not a big fan of your after sale service you guys let us down. The initial service was standard and on point but you guys changed what you said Infront of 2 people and the sarcastic tones of the sales people after enquiring was not appreciated.

Misleading about how long the product would take to arrive. Then when it was being pushed back further they cancelled it and forgot to refund me. Leaving me to chase up 3-4 weeks later. I think the staff are just a bit spaced out and not focused on the customers.

Absolutely disgusting service received from the "assistant manager"

They missed our delivery and instead of admitting to their mistake and trying to make amends she repeatedly hung up during phone conversations and then refused to answer calls at all.

They are now leaving us sitting on the floor with no sofa for 3 days!

Buyers beware that this is not only a store of cheap sofas but also a store of cheap service.

The quality of the cheaper furniture is worse than i expected.even with a thousand nails i couldnt keep the small dresser together, and yes it was built correctly. Hoping to get a refund

Good service buying and Josh who works there is a great guy who will really give you a hand when loading up.
