63Don’t bother coming in here if you look under the age of 30. Staff won’t help you, let alone even say hi. Terrible customer service. Been in here 3 times in 3 days, they aren’t busy and no one approached me
They advertise as the best value package deals. Bought a package bedroom and TV furniture set. Inquired about their package deals. Told by staff they don't do deals on packages.
Worst Customer Experience - certainly won’t be purchasing from them ever again.
Made a purchase online and got it delivered within a few days from this store. The goods are delivered, but damaged on arrival. Took a week for them to arrange for the item to be collected and almost another two weeks to process a full refund. What a joke! Went to IKEA and had all my furniture requirements met!

was planning to purchase a broadway bar set before the sale ended (2/7/23)
unfortunately the weekend it finished, my beautiful mum passed away.went back 10 days later and explained the situation and they agreed to honour the sale price even though the sale had ended.thank you guys and girls.very much appreciated.awesome customer service!
Worst Customer Experience - would never purchase from them again.
I just wanted to write a review on my order to ensure other people don't have a terrible experience like I did and to be aware of the terrible service and customer service they provided to me. I received the worst customer experience I have probably ever had in my life.
I had recently moved back to Australia from the UK when I placed an order for a bed with Fantastic Furniture. I was told it would take 14 weeks maximum before someone would contact me about delivery.
I followed up at 12 weeks to see if they would be contacting me for delivery soon and was told it was up to 14 weeks maximum before they'd contact me, and to ask again after then. After 14 weeks, I contacted them to find out what was happening with my order. I was told that they would have to email the warehouse and would get back to me ASAP (I still haven't received an email from that person by the way). I followed up again the next day as I wasn't satisfied with that approach and I was told that the bed I ordered had been discontinued (not sure at what point out of the 14 weeks) and that I would have to call the store that would be delivering, for a full refund.
I waited 14 weeks without any communication of the product being discontinued. I also reached out to the company multiple times for an update after the 14 weeks, at which point none of the customer service team let me know that it was discontinued. The company kept me waiting for my order for 14 weeks and also held onto my money knowing I wouldn't be receiving it. I had to contact the store myself to have my refund issued, and the person in store hadn't even been made aware of the issue.
I have had a chairty place 2 orders on my behalf.due to leaving a domestic violence relationship.this was to help me get back on my feet. BOTH ORDERS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED by fantastic funriture.the first order was cancelled, i informed the chairty and they re ordered it.and now this order has been cancelled

A while ago my son and I went to Osborne park Fantastic furniture and were served by a gentleman called Daniel. So helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Very knowledgeable about your products and an asset to this company. Thank you. All furniture was delivered when they said they would. Thanks again.
I've been there looking for some furniture, it had quite a choice there for kids single beds.
I was declined to take a dining chair home to compare against my table. Offered drivers license and a deposit and still refused to take the product for 24hrs. Very poor customer service. Way to loose business.
These never answers the phone or get back to you so don’t both calling them maybe they need a lesson on phone Etiquettes fyi pick up game better still pick up the phone
If it has to have fantastic in the name, it’s probably not fantastic. This help to be true. IKEA furniture seems like better quality. Lots of cheap options though, and you can pretty much load it up and take it right then and there as opposed to others which you can wait from 5 dates or 12 weeks

Very bad staff.they don’t know how to speak with someone and they just busy to talk with each other. They never asked customer what they want
I bought a dining table with them only because they promised 1 week delivery. It took them almost 4 weeks, with no updates from their end. I had to chase them all the time for updates and the person I talked to was extremely rude both on the phone and when I went there to pick up. Never again.
Hu bought one side table and was ready to pick up next day. Went in store next day and staff told me come back after one week. Again went over there and found my order product not in store missing in warehouse. So they organise free delivery after long argument. On delivery day someone told me they deliverer product in 2 hours waited 5 hours call back in store at nearly 5 pm any time on today or may be in next day sometime. Always rough customer service
Fantastic furniture if your on a budget then DO NOT MISS this place, couches under 500 if not cheaper, some reduced to 200, not bad indeed, good quality and massive discounts
I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered a couch 10 weeks ago and received a call this morning that the fabric is no longer available. I was told I had to chose another fabric and wait another 16-18 weeks or cancel my order. The person I talked with seemed very keen for me to cancel my order and the staff were not willing to to even try contact the manufacturer to see what could be done.
UPDATE: After selecting a new couch, that I was assured was in Fremantle and would only be a 4 week wait, I have just been told it will be another 8 weeks wait on top of my 13 weeks wait already. Staff are incredibly unhelpful and would rather you cancel your order.
The customer service at Osborne Park is the worst I've ever experienced, I've asked for the manager to ring me the staff either tell me the wrong name or wont pass my details over. They've spoken to me like I'm a child.the staff think they are better than you! Worst service and shop I've ever been too I'll definitely not be recommending Osborne Park to anyone!
We were extremely happy with the high quality of customer service we received whilst in your Osborne Park store today. Staff member Alex and her co workers were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure that we were looked after and happy with our purchases, thanks guys 10/10
