Bought a table set here - affordably priced compared to other furniture shops. A lots of options to choose from as well - heaps of different range of furnitures available!

Was a little disappointing because I was told that the table incl packaging would fit in my car but it didnt so had to come back and organise delivery again!
Would've been a better experience if I was told that delivery is a must in the first place

Went in to browse store and was met by store manager Jules she was so so helpful I ended up buying a few things, will go back for my dream lounge soon.she was so helpful it was actually fun. Thankyou

Went into the store this afternoon to look at the dining tables and chairs. Walked around the store with my partner for about 20 mins, we looked at the floor stock and tried out different chairs to see what we would like. Not once did staff approach us, talk to us or even make eye contact, even though we were the only customers in the store. Staff seemed more interested with finishing a personal gossip session in the central office area. No one seemed very interested in selling anything or even pretending to offer any level of customer service so we left. We will go somewhere else that wants our business.

My daughter was happy as the bed she ordered was available much earlier than what was expected.this all turned sour when we got home and when putting it all together discovered they hadnt given us all the boxes.hopefully it will be a painless process correcting the issue.

Had a lovely experience at the Cannington store today! After being treated very rudely at a different furniture store, we came to Fantastic to buy a bed frame and experienced great service. Our salesperson (Patricia maybe? Can’t quite remember!) was very friendly and helpful, as were the staff out the back in the warehouse. The whole process was quick and easy and made our day much much better!

I ordered a cabinet 6 weeks ago and at the time was told this was not in stock and would only take 3-4 weeks to arrive, I rung for a follow up today only to find out that it would take another 4-6 weeks, seriously its flat pack for a start and only coming from over east not overseas. The staff member said its to do with transport, apparently they have the same excuse with others I believe. The ETA and the staff service is absolutely disgusting and I would highly recommend for everyone to shop elsewhere. They do not care about the customer and will tell you any story just to get you off the phone. I regret ordering from them and will never ever go back.

The staff at the Cannington store were amazing. The product knowledge was excellent, looking up stock across stores and products was efficient and never came across like a problem. Then when they sourced the bed for us at joondalup, joondalup were ready and waiting and very helpful. We would recommend going to Cannington for 20/10 customer service

My experience with a new dining set purchase was really a customer service gone terribly wrong. First I was given a damaged chair, then waited for 3 weeks for a replacement chair. It came with a new replacement chair without screws. Navigate to the chat service champion, and was told to call the local branch insisting that is the best they can do. Called the branch to be transferred to an answering machine.

Really terrible service and delivery, waiting months for the sofa legs which is broken, furniture didn't arrive on time at all, seven months wait for dining chair and still waiting now, it's ridiculous! Not come again. Highly not recommend.

I know appropriate staff are hard to get at the moment. But That doesn't mean potential customers have to suffer an uncouth salesperson.

Would rate this a 0 if I could.

We were not greeted or assisted when we were shopping, we had to approach someone for help and they asked us to wait 5 minutes so they could finish in chatting and standing around.

Eventually managed to order a bed set and was guaranteed 2 weeks to arrive. 5 weeks and 5 phone calls to the store later, I’m still waiting. I keep getting the same answer “2-3 more weeks wait” this was for stock to be delivered to store for us to pick up. I complained directly to the store and received the same response and the apology was not sincere.

The customer service at this store is appalling. I’m so disappointed especially after family had a much better experience and recommend fantastic to us.
I’m surprised they manage to stay in business and have customers purchase from them and that’s coming from a retail manager. I do not recommend this store, don’t waste your time or money, it’s not worth the agony.

I went in this store twice this week. It's very messy, furniture everywhere and the floor dirty. The sales persons did not move from their computers and customers were walking around without anybody bothered to ask any of us we need any help. Today, on my second visit was the same. I found what I wanted (by myself!) And I stood there for few minutes with both ladies looking at me from their office in the middle of the store until it became obvious for them that I need help and one of them reluctantly lefther office place. I showed her what I wanted, and it turned out they did not have the item in stock and I was directed to Midland store or to order it and will arrive in about 2 weeks. She was so bored with all. It is end of year sales but at this rate they won't sell too much.

I rang the Cannington Fantastic Furniture store.
Female that answered was very rude.she also continutally said "I dont have that in stock" like she WAS the store.really egotistical!
I will not be shopping here.

Walked in their today hoping I might find a TV Cabinet, as I waked in 3 to 4 people just looked at me and I kepp walking around past them looking at products still no one approached me, so I walked around back where the beds were and didn't see what I wanted. And I have brought of this company before, I think it was Chrissie, I brought a couch of her! This is not the first it has happen, yes I believe in letting customers having a look around but how long do you!

I love the Morrison Recliner I brought at Fantasic Furniture in Cannington. It is so comfortable and gives my lower back real support. The staff were very friendly and made the whole process effortless. For anyone reading this, it is important to sit in the chair before buying. I tried about 12 different chairs over a variety of retailers before choosing this one.

Went to Fantastic Furniture on Saturday to look for a couch and some other items. We started chatting to the staff member Julie F who was lovely, funny and made us feel very welcome. She was awesome and had amazing customer service. We can't wait for our goodies to arrive! Highly recommend this store.
