Staffs were not very welcoming. Looked at us from head to toes. Didn’t even greet us nor assist us. Bought a couple pairs of boots and all I got was a ‘see ya’, not even a thank you or hope you enjoy. Seemed rude and unhappy to be working there.
Would have a hard time without them. Huge selections. Sizes from 5-9. Great price. I can always reliably find something nowhere else can cater for.

Just had a very pleasant shopping experience at famous footwear in Watertown. Cassie was an excellent sales assistant who was friendly and helpful and assisted me to find the perfect pair of nude coloured boots. It’s been so lo since I’ve had such excellent customer service. Thank you, I’ll defiantly be back when I require More footwear.
