One star is too much for them, booked baby first aid and cancelled because the they couldn't book more clients. They called us to cencell 3 weeks before baby was born.
Dont trust this business.

Booked a course during my pregnancy to be prepared for the arrival of our first baby.cancelled on the day, within 4 hours because other participants were sick and wasn’t “worth his while” to run the course for only me and my husband.only option was to reschedule for a month later, but baby would be born already.unprofessional and unreliable.i paid and booked a service; it should not matter what happens with other participants, especially when advertising private courses

I found out about these courses through the Perth Baby & Children's Expo. Steve's courses are very informative and what you learn is easy to remember. Both my wife and I have greater confidence and understanding in both child safety and resuscitation skills. Well worth the money (both course and first aid kits offered), which could prove to be invaluable for saving the life of a loved one or stranger. Highly recommended

Steven was amazing. Highly recommend his baby/toddler first aid course to any new parent. My husband and I and our friends gained a wealth of knowledge and some very helpful tips in cases of emergency. He made sure we understood the principles/theories behind each module and gave us time to have some hands on practice. One of the best first aid courses I have attended so far. Thank you Steven.

Excellent course and form of teaching to set one up for best chance of responding in an emergency situation. Course is detailed, with simple steps and prompts to remember, embedded with understanding to help you know why you are performing resuscitation and forms of treatment. 3 hours went by quick and my first aid toolbox is full.
Will recommended to new mums, or parents with young children as course is tailored to consider treatment for kids. Steven also covers basics for adults in this baby/toddler course.
