Impartial is not what they are. The employer has zero say and the employer always wins. Joke of a government organisation

Very frustrating, very disappointing, if you can find unfairness in your work place, is just because this guys support them.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Elizabeth Priest CONCILIATOR at Fair Work Commission and found her to be fair and impartial to both the employee and the employer. A sensible outcome was achieved.

I cannot speak more highly of the way the commissions staff handle these often stressful situations. I have had many dealings with them over the years with questions on changing legislations and their advise is always professional and emphatic.considering the IR legislation they are left to work with they are amazing.

Terrible staff, extremely rude and unhelpful. Don’t waste your time as an employee, they don’t want to help and they’ll string you along for months just to tell you very rudely that they are not going to help. Not impressed.

The fair work is the MOST UNFAIR organisation in the whole world! They don’t care about overseas’ labour but only care how to be lazy. Their attitude toward you will always “I don’t care what are you talking about”

I am in litigation in the FWC jurisdiction for 5.5 years! Tested more than 20 arbitrating and [top] administrative members, including President Ross and General Manager O"Neill - arrogant, criminally negligent persons, with substandard knowledge of law, completely unscrupulous and utterly corrupt.

It is not the Commonwealth statutory agency, but a criminal cartel (in a literal meaning of this phrase) oblivious of law who receives exuberant salaries for defrauding the Commonwealth and doing enormous harm to the Australian public.

The FairWork Commission cancelled my EBA despite objections of the staff. This has been disastrous for my colleagues and I.

If you are Asian and your boss is Australian and you have conflict. Then do not go to fair work go to court.

Shocking. I expected this office to be open and available and at work at all reasonable hours, i.e. 24 hours 7 days a week. I guess they don't get paid enough to work these new fandangled hours I'm certain there is the demand out there for Government workers to all be available 24/7 because it is impossible to contact them in the old business hours.
