The staffs are so helpful, and the prices are little cheaper compared to other Korean stores

Staff at the vic park store are amazing and super nice, they are the first to have the new k-beauty collections that even online stores don’t have yet, definitely the best asian beauty store in perth and my now go-to shop:) they respond very fast on instagram too and are always helpful:)

The people who were serving us were talking behind us and saying that we were slow, me and my friend felt very uncomfortable and she talked in a different language about us.otherwise, the products were good

Went to try this store for the first time, expecting to be completely ignored. Had just finished working late, wearing hi-vis and covered in dirt. Lovely employee came up to ask if I needed any help and remained available to answer every other question I had while there. Happily spent $300 and have been returning since, receiving the same standard of service every time.
Please give this young woman a raise with a promotion because she deserves it.
Would be great if you could stock some more skin care brands/ items i.e. From missha, Elizavecca. Then I would no longer need to buy anything online. Thank you:)

Loved the range of korean and japanese products! The girl who helped me today was super friendly and helpful with choosing a mascara. I will be back to buy more soon!:)

I used to walk past this shop and think it was so cute and pink. It wasn’t until I saw the pink Christmas tree in December when I decided to take a look!
So many cool beauty products, along with cute accessories.
I left knowing I’d probably come back soon, as the girl who served me seemed willing to help and very knowledgeable.

This is absolutely a good place for shopping. This store has provided excellent services and good quality of products, and I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love this shop, and that sweet girl is always introducing products for me.
Especially my winkles on my face too heavy too many, she introduced creams which are suitable for me completely.
And also the staff never recommended high price goods for me, it is not like commercial just like a friend

I've been to this store for more than one year now, not only because the store is near my house, it's also me and my friends feels like the stuff in Vic park is more patient and nice than city's stuff, she treat us just like friend even when the store is busy. 5stars to her and 5stars to the store!
