Ali’s professional and friendly nature put us at ease right from the get go. His knowledge of the industry has helped us in many ways. All our communications were attended to with promptness and answers to questions when needed were also quick and to the point.

The Mercedes S400 Hybrid is a smooth and effortless drive equiped with security and safety. The vehicle was Cherry Glazed and spotless upon pickup, without a bumb or a scratch. The salesman Ali was extremely friendly, trustworthy and informative about the cars features before waving us goodbye and good luck.

Quality Vehicles and Exceptional Service! Well worth contacting Ali at Fabcar if you are looking for a higher quality vehicle at a fair price. Their cars, for the same price, were much better vehicles.hand selected beauties with low kilometers. Because of this they don't really have to sell you the car.it sells itself. And! Their extra warranty prices are much better value than other car yards. I'd go to Fabcar first and see if they have a car for you. I got a pristine Nissan Leaf electric car. My word its like new! I'll probably sell it back to Ali one day:) Thanks Ali, Tom, and Dad in there at Fabcar.
A Big thanks to Ali and the team. We purchased a purpose-built wheelchair vehicle from Fabcar. Ali was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond assisting us with the type of vehicle we needed for Australian safety standards, to registering the vehicle. Ali bent over backward to ensure our vehicle was ready in time for our trip down south for my partner’s 60th. Attending Fabcar was a positive experience rather than the usual dreaded car yard sale. I highly recommend Fabcar. They are a family owned and operated business who have been servicing the Perth community for over 20 years. Ali went above and beyond in helping me source a wheelchair accessible vehicle for my Dad. He did all the heavy lifting, organised all the paperwork I needed for the DOT and added a heap of extras at no extra cost. He even went as far as filming videos to help me to teach anyone how to use the access ramp and features of the car. Excellent and friendly service.

I don't think we can put into words how amazing Ali and his team at Fabcar are.
We were looking to purchase a disability Van and Ali walked us through all options and was not pushy at all. He even explained all pros and cons of vehicle types to us and spent over 2 hours going through all options with us whether or not we purchased a vehicle with him. Ali is a genuinely kind and caring towards his customers. We then contacted him roughly 6 months later due to some issues with our paperwork.completely our fault and again Ali and his team all jumped to help. Honestly if I was ever going to purchase a car again I would go straight to Ali at Fabcar.

Cannot recommend Ali @ Fabcar enough. Went out of his way to bring a car to our house for a test drive, provided a lot of extras at his cost, answered every question and was positive and polite with every interaction. Not your average car salesman, should be the standard.
Horrendous communication and exorbitant pricing. Myself and three others with the exact same model of car were quoted wildly different prices for the same service items (e.g brake flush).
I am still waiting for an original item that came with my car to be returned to me as promised.
Warning: They will not return emails - you’ll have to visit in person to get answer. Don’t bother dealing with them.
Fantastic service to help me re register my Japanese imported and Victorian registered Hiace van, which was proving impossible to do from regional WA. At no cost for their services, Tom and Ali arranged a Perth inspection, kept in touch by phone and email, and helped overcome various hurdles. I would highly recommend them and thank them sincerely for their help.
We are age pensioners who wanted to have an EV before dropping off the perch and a new one was out of the question as the prices were just too silly so we saw an ad on the net for Fabcars and made an appointment to meet with Ali. This was in March, he arranged for a car to be found for us in Japan, the colour that my Sister wanted and at our agreed price and then arranged its import, safety check and licensing. We have now done nearly 4000kms in our Leaf and it’s the most beautiful feeling to drive with so much assistance from the car. We can’t thank Ali and his team enough for the trouble they took in getting us into an EV and he even checks up to find out how we’re motoring. All together an absolute Gentleman.
What a time waster Ali was. We discussed a day prior and arranged a test drive, but upon arriving he had no intention of having the vehicle driven. His response was “oh I’ve been burned before so we don’t do joyrides. ” Instead he proposed that I just look at it and come on a different day to test drive. What an absurd way of doing business. I got strong “sleazy car salesman” vibes from him repeatedly telling me how they help people with disabilities (to garner sympathy) and all the “I trust you” talk. I reluctantly took time off work and had genuine intentions to buy, so I am disappointed but glad they won’t get a cent from me.
RESPONSE - If we had agreed on a price, I would have still not been able to test drive as you said it was not possible, due to how the car was parked deep in your showroom. So how is that not a waste of time for me? A family-owned car yard doesn’t operates fundamentally differently to other ones; plenty of them around and test drives are done with the customer simply providing a valid licence. Frustrating to have taken time off work after an agreed appointment by phone (as per your ad requirements) when you knew full well I intended to test drive it. As for the reviews you mentioned several times, plenty of 1-review accounts in there, so to be taken with a grain of salt.

Ali, whilst a salesman, knew his market and sold me a car with complete transparency. Ali was very passionate about conveying the care and attention to detail taken when they source their vehicles. It wasn't necessary though as the quality and presentation of the vehicle spoke for itself.
If these guys have something you are after, you can have faith it is as they say, nothing hidden.
